In general, the hotel is in very good condition, the room where I stayed and the reception were fine. The breakfast service is very good. They have a very spacious patio with stables. It is very close to the center of Carlos Paz.

Hello, we stayed two nights at the hotel, the attention of the staff very bad with the kids and adults. The kids didn't like breakfast or meals.... the air in some rooms didn't go in and at dawn they turned it off. The lack of maintenance and cleanliness was very bad. I don't recommend it. Very bad everything. The only good thing about the location.

The journey of graduates

I arrived today on February 11th and being at 8pm I found myself standing in line with about thirty passengers waiting for the opening of the dining room, a shame to have to wait x our dinner and pay for the service x an excellent attention as I was told in the tourism contracted, a huge shame to do what they do, we are not animals waiting for the food, expressing my great despair x attention, I will complete my time here but I will never come back,!!

Beautiful hotel! very familiar, very friendly staff, strategic location, close to everything, and rich food! highly recommended. We went as a couple for our first vacation together and spent ten! very quiet, cool, clean, the pool and the beautiful parking area.

Very good care, I traveled with my little girl on her graduation trip and I note the care for the kids, the excellent food and the super recommended staff.

The attention of all the staff was very good, always super attentive.As for the hotel, it needs maintenance but the heating and the bathroom are working perfectly.It is also a block away from the terminal.

I stayed for two nights in the month of April.The photos I attached speak for themselves, the hotel is a 3-star hotel but if it fell a couple, it is very much less, the lack of maintenance in the rooms is very obvious.The wifi signal I could never connect.The breakfast is very light, the lunches and toastadas are nothing more than a tang orange juice.For the same price there are hotels of the same category much better.I do not recommend at all, the only good thing is the location 1 square mile from the bus terminal.

When you enter you will be surprised at how beautiful the reception is, when they gave us the room on the first floor, it was really ugly, badly painted, padded in bad condition, the air conditioning didn't work. The bathroom doesn't look good. The breakfast has very few things and our taste is not rich. The positive thing was that we ordered 1 breakfast (of the 2) for the celiac and brought some suitable cookies, however the coffee, jam and others are not suitable. In conclusion the photos look much more than it is, because the reception is really very beautiful and surely they are photos of some room in good condition, but it is not the one that touches you.
