Everything is in very bad condition, dormitories in bad condition, moisture on the walls, not to mention the bathroom that no one enters...discovers where to look... If the attention of the employees..!! Very bad experience we had in our stay.. also charged us more expensive than it was!!! These people can't be offering their services... No it's not even a star!!

The bathroom, horrible, super boy, no pressure in the shower, no towels if you don't ask, the whole door is rotten. The air conditioning has shut us off from the accumulated dirt that it has. Deceived as a real gym, we are a working family that cost us a great deal to make that trip and we had a terrible time, we are not delicate at all, but the old and rotten mattresses, the pillows too, the holes in the holes everywhere as well as the towels the poor service the wordless breakfast the cold toasts and the bills of the previous day 😔 we were 4 members and only on the second day we took 3 towels insisting.

A total disaster!!!!!

It is assumed that when one pays for a hotel for 4 people 1ro who have nothing to give you the towels, soap and shampoo for 4 people, 2 nights ago we were, and we are still asking for the 4to toilet, the deplorable facilities, bathrooms and water going to the room, the soap and shampoo going to the 2nd day, the shampoo and conditioner maybe tomorrow when we retire our towels, along with the towel missing. One of the 3 towels is empty, sleeping and really resting OLVIDATE!!! the mattress is a sheet and pillow, the paper pillows learned from calcareous water. The melted veil, when the soap can not be inserted, is 2 feet high and the water in the old bathroom has ten feet high.

It's a terror!!

We were given a room on the second floor, without an elevator. Despite our complaint, we were replaced with towels and towels on the fifth day, and we had to go and get them. We stayed for six nights and despite our complaint the saunas were not changed. - The cleaning of the room consisted simply in stretching the bed, removing toilet paper, and having a superficial cleaning of the east.

The reception staff is very attentive but the service is very limited.
