Good room, good food, good people. We stayed just one night, but it was enough to feel a sincere hospitality. The owner took care of the things we needed. We recommend staying there. Best wishes to the owner

Good stay

While on a week long road trip of Armenia, I stayed at this wonderful B&B. The guest house is very new and sits behind the older residence.  A spacious deck greets you and cathedral high windows make the common living space wonderful and bright. The rooms are very clean and each has a nice tiled bathroom. The hosts prepared a very nice evening meal and excellent local wines were available. More than a basic stop on a road trip. Hospitality was beyond what was required or expected. Highly recommend.  Many thanks to Sergo. Only would wish for a longer stay and more hiking in this part of Armenia.  Next time.

Great hospitality in rural Armenia

Our time at Sergo and Arsniv's B&B is unlike any other experience we've had in Armenia, or anywhere else in the world for that matter. The hospitable couple made us feel at home for the days we were there. They made sure we had everything we needed, harvested and cooked food straight from the garden for us, called a car to pick us up from the end of a hike, and Sergo even gave me his grandmother's famous recipe. If you want to experience an Armenian village with people who make you feel like family, this is the place for you.

An unforgettable stay in a special B&B

I lived in Sergo's and Arsniv's B&B for five days and very much enjoyed my stay in their house. They and also their son and their daughter-in-law Astchik let me feel like being at home. They served me a variety of different Armenian dishes - all homemade and very well cooked. When I will come next time to Armenia I will definitely come back here again. I had forgotten my hat in a taxi of an unknown driver. Arsniv and Sergo made without telling me a number of phone calls to find the driver and the location of the taxi and finally Sergo and me were at the taxi and I got my hat back. Thanks to all of you for your cordial hospitality.

Endearing family runs this B&B

Very charming B&B in a very traditional village that is well of the typical tourist itinerary high up on a plateau.  The property has a large vegetable garden and bee hives with the most important barbecue pit with nice outside seating. The rooms are small but I was lucky to get the one with the balcony overlooking the garden so could enjoy lots of air as I kept the balcony door open for the night - at least until the neighborhood dogs started their symphony!  Shared bathroom that was quite adequate and understandable for the price. We had dinner that was superb with barbecued pork and egg plant that was delicious.  Lots of salads and roast potatoes followed off by cake and coffee.  Highly recommend as there are no restaurants in this village. Breakfast was great with eggs from the chickens in the yard and honey from the hives. Very peaceful place to stay the night and highly recommend.

Charming family run B&B

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, family-run B&B. The food was excellent, featuring homemade honey and fresh and local produce, tea and coffee. The house was very clean. We felt very much at home. Couldn’t recommend this B&B more.

Outstanding B&B!!

We visited Odzun B&B with friends on our way from Tbilisi to Yerevan. This is a family run B&B, where all the family members do their best to host in a great way people who choose their home. Very clean rooms and WC, cozy fireplace, tasty homemade food with local bio products, Sergo’s homemade vodka, tea and honey, variety of delicious food they prepare and of course hosts interesting talks and hospitality will definitely make you come back in case of possibility. 
I highly recommend Odzun B&B, not only for Armenians, but also for travelers all over the world. Hosts speak French, English, Russian, Spanish, so another asset for enjoying the evening fireplace talks with interesting stories !!!

Warm welcome in Odzun B&B

The outstanding point here is the cleanliness and the magnificent food.
The rooms are small and simple and have no attached bath rooms and not even a sink. But everything else is wonderful. The common bathrooms are spotless. The jovial owner speaks Russian and offers you a great 55% apricot brandy. His wife is a formidable cook, she was a former French teacher and their adult son speaks some English.We could not resist to have 3 meals (full pension)...
Start your hikes right at the door step! The country side is lovely. Your own car will be an advantage.
Sergey, the owner organized us a  taxi exactly at 8 AM to the head of a hiking trail  from the the ruined Kobayr monastery down in the gorge. It takes 4 hours of not very strenous walking back to the Pension for lunch. Highly recommended. The track is in the maps of openstreetmap, accessible and downloadable with one of the openstreetmap apps.
