The Hotel is a modern building a few kilometers away from the Centre of Vanadzor.
Very clean with spacious rooms. The room was very clear,
Breakfast was good the service and staff were very good
The Staff is kind enough but speaks very basic English.
Recommended to anyone visiting Vanadzor, and have a green area with a swimming pool. The swimming pool is a little bit small but it is good for children. and a barbecue corner, so Armenian families spend the week-end here.

Nice Place!

Close to the city center yet not noisy and crowded, beautiful surrounding, friendly and helpful staff, a neat and comfortable deluxe room, well-equipped with 1st need supplies, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, amazing view from the window.
Highly recommend for couples amd family visits.

Comfort + pleasure

There are not many hotels in Vanadzor and Laguna is one of bests. Very large, nice rooms, quite place. Breakfast is good, TV channels are super with HD quality. Nice staff. Clean rooms. Parking available.

Nice hotel in Vanadzor

The room was very clear, the service and staff were very good as well. The chef cooker making awesome food.
The swimming pool a little bit small but it is good for children.  I strongly recommend going to that place


Very good place to have a rest

One of the best hotels in Vanadzor.
Very clean rooms, the room service is on top, tasty breakfast, smiley and kind staff.
This was our second visit there, now they have a bigger space and more rooms, as well as a very specious and bright conference room.
An of course, the purest nature and fresh air make the stay much more enjoyable and relaxing.

Such a nice and enjoyable place 

Super nice staff... they worked with me and even upgraded my room. The rooms are clean and the view is beautiful! Very grateful to stay here. They even double booked my room and upgraded me to another room just for the trouble

Great stay!! Awesome Staff!

We stayed here for one night as we were passing through Vanadsor. The family room was actually a two bedroom appartment with balcony, livingroom and bathroom. The room had everything we needed; a working shower, fridge and the possibility to order breakfast. The breakfast was ordered from a menu and brought to the room at chosen time.  The visit was otherwise nice but smell in the appartment was horrible. Somebody had smoked a lot of cigarettes inside the room and the whole bed smelled really bad.

Familyroom

I can only confirm all good reports. We got a very spacious family room, actually it is more of an appartment, with two well furnished bedrooms, an enormous sitting room with a sofa with bed function, and bathroom with luxurious massage shower cabin. Water pressure is low, but probably not in the owners' control. Everything is perfectly clean and functionning. 
We arrived pretty late - 20:30- but were encouraged to refresh ourselves at the pool. Bathrobes were in the bedrooms. Pool is small, but it was very agreeable to have a swim after the long hot day.
The hotel has no restaurant, but in room service, also late at night. We ordered and got a simple good dinner. 
Service is excellent. The reception lady, who brought our dinner (and eventually cooked too?) and picked up the food rests, even cleaned the glass table with glasscleaner before leaving the room...at midnight😊. High level of attention to detail.
There is parking place and good free Wifi, too. 
Price for the room ( for five people! ) is 35000 Ram, equivalent of 70€. Breakfast and dinner get billed separately, but you get a price list before. No nasty surprise. 
I highly recommend this place. I would always come back ( my son wanted us to stay!)


Great surprise after a long trip

The hotel had better design and finishes than most of the places we stayed in Armenia. . We took the deluxe room. Bed not that great, a little soft for me.  As most Armenian hotels the shower water in the bathroom goes all over the floor.  This at least had a curtain.  Heater was only on for a few minutes but the room was not cold.  The lady manager was very nice.  The noise from the conversations in the lobby and the hall can be heard in the room.  The internet did not work in the room for the laptop, but it worked with the cell phone. No breakfast was included, so the rate a bit high. Only the main avenues are paved in Armenia so don't worry about the looks from the outside. No English channels on TV.
