Lusya B&B Guest House

Lusya is an enthusiastic & VERY friendly host. She doesn't speak any English, so communication can be challenging at times if you don't speak Armenian or Russian. The B&B is brand new and is immaculately clean. Beds are really comfortable. WIFI works well. The shared kitchen isn't really for guest use. I brought some pelmini home to boil up, and Lusya wouldn't allow me to cook or clean up (she insisted on doing everything for us including sprinkling the pepper on our meals). If you are looking for relaxation & peace, this may not be the place for you. Lussi likes to talk & be with her guests. If you're looking for an Armenian mother, you've come to the right place! She has a good heart & the very best of intentions for her guests. It can just be a little too much doting/attention at times. Breakfast is great..good coffee, sausage, egg, bread, cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc. Laundry service available (2,000 dram per load). The B&B is about 2.5km up from the main highway. Take a taxi for 500 dram.
