The hotel is located in the very heart of the Armenian capital - just a few minutes away from the central square, the History Museum, famous local flea-market "Vernisazh," to name a few. 

You can start your morning with complimentary breakfast, served at a restaurant downstairs. The same family owns and runs both the hotel and restaurant. Usually, the breakfast starts at 9am, but if it doesn't fit your schedule, they offer to serve it earlier. 

The rooms have all the necessary amenities. If something is missing, I am sure, the hosts will be happy to provide you with the missing item. 

I stayed here for over a week, and I didn't have any issues that would sour my stay.

Best price/quality deal in downtown Yerevan

The hotel is awarded excellent from our side for the number of its nominations the top-priority of which is its location, i.e. Tumanyan 22 is really the heart of Yerevan. You may find around whatever you want to make you feel comfortable, like food store, drugstore, fast food and numerous other restaurants, not to say about sightseeing the visiting of which will brighten up the impression that one may have about the city of Yerevan that is the museum underneath the sky.
On top of all that, the idyllic combination of the quality and the price won’t allow anybody to stay indifferent and assure oneself of the correct and meaningful choice. Despite of the strong lockdown measures the breakfast is included in accommodation in comparison with other mini hotels which excluded it but at the same time did not decrease the accommodation price. 
Furthermore, the guests are welcomed at “gata point”, the main entrance to the hotel is designed for baking traditional Armenian pastry “gata” the striking vanilla aroma of which with a cup of the traditional Armenian coffee make your spirit high for the whole day.
The hotel is administered by sweetie couple and perfectly qualified staff who are ready to assist you in whatever you may need as well as to put their best efforts to make your stay unforgettable and awaken desire to visit Armenia over and over again.

Perfect hotel in downtown of Yerevan.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, good location and very comfortable stay. Stayed for 3 nights.  Good hotel in the center of the town with easy access. stayed there for 3 nights with family and good experience and I recommend this hotel

I stayed here for one night in May. The staff was very welcoming and helpful and there are a lot of Information and books about Armenia in the Lobby. The location is central, which is nice, when you are exploring Yerevan by foot. Across the street is the office of the travel agency Hyur, which I used a multi-day tour around Armenia. They also have several day-trips and Hotel Praha is a very convinient place, if you intend to go on the tours. The room was good, but I missed a bedside-lamp. Would stay here again.

*The owner Lilit is the most unprofessional person I have ever seen in my life, not to forget how rude she is. 
*The rooms aren't clean
*As in their policy, they change towels every three days.
*We stayed for 11 days, they didn't even clean the toilets.
*No hot water for shower 
*Water kept on falling from the AC.
