The hotel staff is wonderful and are always willing to help with anything they can. Breakfast was included and was authentic Armenian style breakfast - hemulva! The rooms were clean and nice and, for my American friends, the air conditioner blows cold and stays on while you are out of the room so you return to a nice cool room; although I bumped the AC temperature up some when I left because there was no reason to leave it on all day when it cools the room so quickly. The room also had a refrigerator and a safe for your valuables. It is also in a great location with restaurants right on Tigran Mets and you can walk to Republic Square in just a few minutes and the Vernissage in 5 minutes. Thank you Hotel Tigran Mets for a wonderful stay in Armenia!
