Unfortunately this hotel was the worst hotel that I've ever stayed in my life i realy dont know why are they running such a business and dont care about customers
1)There was nothing such a room service and room cleaning 
2)There was no reception that could speak or undrestand english
3)They brought breakfast to our room,where there wasnt any convinient furniture to eat our meal properly
4)they didnt change towels for 6 days 
I strongly recommend DO NOT go to this hotel if want to have a peace and calm travel to yerevan 

Worst hotel ever 

ما رو فرستادن طبقۀ پنجم و طبقۀ پنجم هنوز کامل ساخته نشده بود! دقیقا روبه‌روی ما داشتن خاک خالی می‌کردن و صدای اره و تیشه و دریل می‌اومد. در دستشویی شیشه‌ای بود و پریزها هنوز وصل نشده بود! اعتراض هم کردیم گفتن اتاقی خالی نیست. ولی از همه بدتر این بود که شبِ روز آخری که اونجا بودیم برگشتیم هتل و دیدیم در اتاقمون بازه! اون موقع تازه اتاقمونو عوض کردن! واقعا حس بدی بود که از بیرون بیای ببینی در اتاق بازه. ضمنا این هتل(!) رستوران نداره صبحونه بیات و چای سرد رو میارن دم در اتاق توی سینی تحویل می‌دن و چون طبقه به طبقه میارن ساعت 10 و نیم به طبقه چهارم می‌رسه و عملا شما صبح زودتون رو از دست می‌دید!!!!
"They sent us to the fifth floor, but the fifth floor was still under construction! They work right in front of us with dirt, and we could hear the sounds of saws, hammers, and drills. The bathroom had a glass door, and the power outlets were still not connected! We protested, but they said there was no other available room. But worst of all, when we returned to the hotel on the last night we were there, we found our room open! They had just changed our room at that moment! It felt really awful to come from outside and see the room open. Moreover, this hotel (!) doesn't have a restaurant. They bring breakfast and cold tea in a tray to your room, and since they deliver it floor by floor, it reaches the fou

برای سفر به ایروان، سمت این هتل هم نرید.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in September. I felt very welcomed and special. I was going back to Dubai from Istanbul and while in Istanbul I was scammed every single day, the employees and the owner of the hotel Mirage made me feel like home in Armenia. I could truly relax and calm down. 

I was staying on the 4th floor, the room was huge. The jacuzzi was working perfectly. 

The food was great, the room service is available at night. There is a small and a bigger grocery walking distance from the hotel. 

I also went to the zoo during the daytime and it was a short distance ride.

The only surprise for me was the “kukareku” sound from the neighboring household  but I got used to it and it was fun at the end.

Wonderful treatment

We started with some problems from travel agent however it was sorted on timely manner. Food was ok, not much variety in breakfast. Rooms are nice and big
View and locality is nice, supermarket is nearby.

Just they need to have there credit card machine working.

Quarantine Stay

I stayed many times at the hotel , their service is really very good.The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean , they have air conditioning.I enjoyed my stay at hotel and I would recommend it for anyone travelling to Yerevan for business or tourism
