We had really amazing time in Yerevan and I couldn’t imagine to find a better host. Liudmila and her family are very friendly, always available for any questions and willing to help with anything important for the guests. 
The house is located in a safe neighborhood with an authentic local market, grocery shops, bus and metro stations nearby.
The room was very well equipped and clean with a delightful atmosphere. The place was quiet and it gave us a good night sleep, which is important albeit often overlooked.

Lovely, homey feel to the place

Nasty bathrooms, rooms without windows, rude and unhelpful staff, worst experience. We booked a different room than the one we got! I do not recommend this place. Unfortunately, I booked this place base on excellent reviews but it is really far from 4 star.

Worst experience

The hostel is a bit too far from the city center, it is worth to pay more. The room has no actual windows (there is one to a corridor that you want to close and hide). Although stated that we can pay by card, i had to go to an ATM to take the cash.

The owner was kind and helpful. There were many surfaces to sleep in the room. The price was small. Breakfast was simple but filling.

If you don't need to save, choose a more central location

Worst experience ever, very rude host, the owner and her mother are the worst hosts I have ever seen, just make sure you get everything on paper and signed because they will deny it specially when it comes to breakfast. Just don't trust them and be careful before you book this place.

Terrible host

If I could give zero star, I definitely would. We had our wedding in Armenia and I booked this place according to excellent reviews for my guests. In order to make this place comfortable for our guests, I paid for the entire place and all the rooms. Unfortunately I wasn’t in the place and she gave one of the rooms to another tourists. When I realized that I called her and asked her about the issue, she said with the price you paid I could not give you the whole place!!! So I had to book another place for my guests who were supposed to be in that room. Also she said breakfast is included but the first day which was my wedding day and While I was getting ready I informed she didn’t give breakfast to my guests, so I called her and she said oh I didn’t know you want breakfast! If you want breakfast it would be additional charge.
In addition, the bathrooms were dirty and they didn’t even clean it once during our stay. Booking this place was the worst experience in my entire life!!!

The worst experience 

It was winter time in Yerevan, we got a hotel thru internet.  Its a nice hotel, room was for two people.  They have hot shower, soap, towels and a kitchen which i like very much.  We were allowed to cook our food.  I like the dining area, very comforting.  The place is also near some resto and grocery, its in the nearby town.
