Exceptional Service and Outstanding Staff! I am pleased to write this commendation for the Ani Plaza Hotel. The location is great, and the rooms are clean, but what makes this hotel truly stand out is the personnel. Special thanks go to the exceptional receptionists, Lily and Inga, for their professionalism, warm welcome, and willingness to help. I also must commend the helpfulness of the Bell Boy, Karen. It is evident that the hotel management maintains a very high standard of service. I highly recommend this hotel!
