Family Hotel 

Positive: All staffs are very helpful and friendly. Thanks to Tamara, Anna, Jenny and Erik and Aram. Size is good for 1 or 2 person. They replaced the bed sheets, and pillowcase every day (i really appreciate! thank you for this) clean toilet and replenish towels (thank you very much!) Walkable distance to all tourist spots in the city (Republic Square, Opera, Blue Mosque ect.) Few steps to Burger store (Tawouk) Few minutes to coffee shop (The Green Bean Coffee Shop) Few step to restaurant (Tavern) Sides of property are 2 stores of apparel (shoes and clothing) Few block to 24 Hours Supermarket (SAS), and near to all stores. A lot of stores nearby. The breakfast i could say is "OK", they offered fried eggs, boiled eggs, breads, 2 types of sliced meat, yogurts (fresh and packed one), few types of cheese, tea and coffee, juice and water. If you are not heavy breakfast person, this is perfect for you. (i am heavy breakfast person). They have cheaper price for airport pick up and drop. You can able to store your luggage for early check out. Negative: the door is very noisy, as well as you can able to hear noise outside (lobby and ground floor) the food are same every day and no vegetables to be offered such as tomatoes, cucumbers and lettuce, we had fried rice after 3 days (thanks!) The television menu is not in English. No bidet (for those who are used to that). The air-conditioner remote control has no battery. We opened the window but noisy outside No bottled water offered. (it might be an expectation from me) No seats in the lobby, either you need to seat outside, or in breakfast room (if open). Traffic built in the evening and become noisy.
