The reception Naira  speak english amd very friendly,they serve good armenian breakfast and also they offer a very good tours around armenia.the room where im staying was clean and spacious 
I highly recomend this hotel who wants to visit Armenia

Very accomodating and hospitable staff

I visited the hotel in July 2015 and stayed for 5 days. First thing can be noticed is that the hotel is alone except the Armenian TV near to it which is good sign if you wanna return by taxi. No supermarket in its area but I was able to walk around 15 minutes to a park then to a supermarket inside a mall called Kaiser mall (in margaryan street). The rooms very clean and the staff very friendly, you can communicate using English. 

It is fine

too far and in a bad quarter 
very noise because room just above reception 
bed very bad quality and sheets too short but it seems it is like in armenia
in 3 nights never clean the room
expensive for quality in armenia
and breakfast poor and in a dark room
really if u have a little more money go in an another place
