I tried and tried to call reception 3 or 4 times I self booked and got room9 it was dirty there was still cobwebs in the room. The smoke alarms had been disconnected it says  breakfast to your room but there is no one here to take the order and nothing in the room either.

The lighting is very poor. On the whole the worse $115.00 dollars for a night I have ever spent infact if I knew what I know now I would have slept in the car.

The only good thing of the stay was we found a great pub for a feed which was only a walk away. 

It is my opinion that please save your money and find another place to stay yea is a beautiful town just this motel lacks the love

We found an empty condom wrapper and a suspicious type of used tissue in plain view in the room. This level of cleanliness is not acceptable in todays current Covid environment. Informed  reception who stated they would advise management..

Our cycle group stayed here en route from Mansfield to Mernda.  Rooms are dated and basic, but clean, comfortable and quiet.  Conveniently located right in the centre of town for dining and shopping options.

Budget but good for an overnight

Great little motel in the heart of yea. Very clean rooms and large in size to be able to have portcot and bike in room. Staff have great knowledge of town and help with place to eat.
Serve hot breakfast to your room and was so good.. yum :)

Room was very dirty under bed hadn't been vaccumed you had run the hot water for at least 15 minutes before it started to get hot besides the fridge there was a beer top lid from another customer playground had broken wood on seats

Short getaway

Nice little motel right in the main street of Yea.  This motel is not new but the accommodation is comfortable and spotlessly clean.  We got there quite late and the host had to get out of bed (I think) but still very helpful and welcoming.
God Wi-Fi and easy parking right outside the unit.   Not much road noise. We would stay there again.

Cheap and Convenient

Room was large, spotlessly clean with a comfortable couch as well. The TV and the shower space were a bit small, but everything worked, the water was hot and the bed comfortable. The location, right in the Main Street, put us within easy reach of hotels and good restaurants. A highlight was the comprehensive compendium. One could go on a tour of the district from the couch; it certainly tempted one to stay in Yea for an extra day or two.

The motel is quite old, but spotlessly clean.  The bed is comfortable and there is a couch, and two chairs so one doesn't have to sit on the bed. The location is perfect for shopping or accessing the coffee shops and restaurants.

The location is great, being in the main street of Yea and within walking distance to several nice eating locations plus the local supermarket and post office.  The rooms are large and the bed was fine.  The room has been retro fitted with an effective and quiet wall heater but the air-conditioning unit is still the old box type and the decor is very 1980s.  It was clean and comfortable and quiet and very reasonably priced however.  Basic but value for money.

After being woken up early hours of morning with some drunk or drug affected person banging on my door and trying the windows and yelling threats to me I hoped that the owners would turn up.  Waited 15 mins rang police who have to come a fair way, abuse still going on and being in my senior years and on my own I was feeling very threatened. Then rang reception twice, no answers.  Still chaos outside.  After one hour passed and I finally heard a car pull off.  Still wondering what was going on and feeling very upset I rang reception again.  No answer.  Approx 15 mins later I get a call to say person had been removed from area.  If this is way they handle their incidents then I could have been dead from a heartattack and they would not have known as they didn't answer phone.  When something like this happens it would be great if staff could ring back and just give confirmation that things are going to be alright and are in hand. And as everyone was awake and staff had our phone numbers it would have been good if they just rang people to inform them of actions taken.  Instead I was left in a room on my own with some one bashing on door and hurling threats and abuse and this had nothing to do with me.  It was an unhappy drunk client.  There is a critical need to update their incident follow up policies.  Hope they do - but I wont be back and I think people should take note especially if in your senior years.
