Wonderful stay at 12th tee, Beautiful clean rooms and friendly staff. Especially Mel who, even though we stayed in the one bedroom west Villa that didnt have pool access, was so accommodating and allowed us to use the pool and even brought us extra towels! Love visiting Bargara and will not be staying anywhere else after discovering this gem!!

I am so annoyed that Mel wasn’t up front with an explanation the East 1 had no laundry facilities (we booked for 2 weeks) and no access to the pool! The website shows a lovely pool onsite! Despite two emails from her and a phone call to her, the day before we were to arrive. We may not have been so disappointed if the owners were open with us from the beginning! Anyway just a heads up for anyone wanting to stay here. We won’t be staying here again!

Poor form, Mel!

Clean, comfortable, modern, secure with secure parking and most importantly, pet friendly,  with everything at your fingertips.  Close to shopping precinct, the esplanade and cafes and beautiful Bargara beach.

What a little gem this place turned out to be . Convenient, clean, cosy well set out unit. Separate bedroom and dining/ lounge a big plus. Close to all amenities. Fautless , we will be back .

A Hole in One 

Stayed at 12th Tee in January 2022. Great location being an easy walk to supermarkets and shops. Main Street is again a simple 700 metre stroll. Stayed in 2 bedroom villa which has access to pool. 

Owners are very respectful always asking us there anything we can do to help. Great location that is secure. We parked in the single lockup garage.

Just like home

The accommodation was great. Roomy and clean except the dirty fridge that had something spilled months ago at the back.
Overall the accommodation was excellent. With very comfortable bed.

Disliked · Following our arrival Sunday a group of half dozen interstate (NSW) Asian girls / women arrived at the Villas followed by a similar number of guys carting in continuous plastic containers of booze etc. They then went across to the shopping centre and returned with more booze.
A wild drunken party started to be obvious at around 2100 with screaming and shouting in the hallway outside our room.
This continued to 0430, then things started to get quieter.
Monday night was quieter until 0300 when one of the Asian girls returned and had obviously forgot her entry code. She hammered on the door in the joint hallway screaming and shouting to let her in. At around 0400 was a rerun of 0300 by another girl.
Suspect the Villas are being used to run interstate call girls and have reported to Crime-stoppers.

Possibly allowing Interstate (NSW) Call Girls to Base in Villas

We stayed here for 2 nights and we were delighted at the King Suite we stayed in. It was just what we needed, a stylish 1 bedroom apartment. Very clean, nice ensuite and very comfortable bed. There is a television in the lounge room and bedroom. There isn’t an air conditioner in the bedroom, but we just left the aircon on in the lounge room as well as the fans in the lounge room and bedroom and it was very pleasant. We will definitely be back.

Stylish and spotless

First time here at this wonderful accommodation. Close to shopping centre golf club I’m so impressed with the accommodation it’s pet friendly. It’s clean has all your requirements. Actually it’s more then a motel or hotel would supply. Beds are so comfortable very modern inside aircon. Beautiful bathroom shower.  I can’t wrap this place enough.  Mel made me feel so welcome. Thank you 12th tee. I’ll be booking again ...!

Weekend away 

Needed a one night stop on our drive from Airlie to theGold Coast with our dog in tow. This B&B was a gem. Pet friendly, clean and well equipped we would stay here again in a heartbeat. We were SOO comfortable. Thank you.

Absolutely Delightful

Cheap - I don't mean the room rate.

From the small patio in front of the unit (I had number 2) you look across a suburban street, then across a narrow isthmus of fairway that has the 12th tee at one end, and then the main road into Bargara runs parallel to the fairway. The major shopping centre is about 150 metres away and this also attracts much traffic.

This all means that there is a considerable volume of traffic flowing around this immediate area. That cannot be helped but given that this accommodation is a relatively new build I would have thought that some consideration would have been given to noise dampening if not sound proofing. That is not the case.

The floor in the living area is polished concrete. I assume this is because they allow dogs. The bedroom is carpeted.

There is a bench and a couple of stools provided. There is no table where you could eat meals or do some work. There is also a big three seater lounge and a large coffee table in this space.

There is an air-conditioning unit in the living area but just a fan in the bedroom. That shouldn't pose a problem though in hot weather.

The two b&b units are side by side and once again it appears that no consideration has been given to noise transfer. You can clearly hear people conversing in the next unit. I don't know if the sound is travelling through the wall or the ceiling but it is a concern. Luckily no 'boom-boom' being played while I was there.

The unit was pretty clean. The car parking is good. The internet and Wi-Fi are excellent. They supply a bit of breakfast which is sufficient.

The coffee table had the wobbles and all that was required was that the bolts needed tightening but obviously that had not been done for some time.

The bathroom is cramped and there is nowhere to leave opened luggage so that you can access it. There are two access points. The access hallway from where you get the key from the wall safe is in effect dead space.

If you have dogs I guess it is an attractive option. If not then...
