A great hotel at a great price in Brisbane’s CBD. We had an unserviced twin room overlooking George Street and we didn’t hear any noise from the street below. The room was clean, spacious, beds were comfortable, the shower was excellent and tea and coffee was provided. The continental breakfast for $10 was excellent, the staff were very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble in making our stay a pleasant one. Star Casino was directly opposite, Neville Bonner Bridge, North Quay Ferry, Queen Street Mall all were within a few minutes walking distance and all public transport fares were 50 cents. The hotel was being renovated on several floors and the hotel advised us of this before we arrived but the noise was minimal. I definitely recommend this great hotel.
