What was good

Usual amenities were provided, room recently painted but two big holes in curtains, air-con and bed good, TV fridge, coffee-making facilities.

What was bad

Stayed only three nights, not four as booked, due to being located in hotel annex and absence of daily room service such as cleaning, bed making etc. Believe I should receive a rebate on unused night but when I called at Reception it was always closed. And why would a motel serve lunch and dinner but not breakfast
