Excellent value, great location, very clean and the most comfortable beds ever. Have been to Norfolk Island a few times and this is my favourite place on the island to stay. The owners/managers are wonderful people nothing is a problem very friendly great customer service.

Excellent Value

Pine Valley Apartments are rated as 3.5 stars and this is accurate. They are not the Ritz but the apartment  was clean and the beds very comfortable (we had 2 bedrooms). They supply all the bed linen and towels as well as beach towels kept in the guest laundry. The shower is not the biggest for those who are girth challenged, but we managed. There is a guest laundry and it's $4 per load for the washing machine or the dryer. There is also an undercover area further down the back to hang up your washing using their pegs. The manager is very helpful and always only a phone call away. He is non intrusive with your stay.

Clean and comfortable

Yes Pine Valley Apartment on Norfolk island have yes once again given us a Norfolk Island delight set in grounds of a great garden. There is a BBQ are gazebo area for use of guests. Walking distance to shops and eateries. Rooms are spacious and clean. Accommodation includes airport transfers. Friendly staff.

Once again an Island Delight at Pine Valley Apartments

Once again for our latest trip to Norfolk island we stayed at the Pine Valley Apartments. Prefect location with a very short walk into town, great and friendly host. Very clean and spacious rooms and loving area with a fairly well stocked kitchen area. The BBQ area in the garden was a social area to meet up with the others Guests saying at Pine Valley.

Close to the shop and cafes. Clean and tidy. Quiet. Friendly staff. Everything you need in one place. Hire car available. Transit to and from Airport. Nice office where you can also use the library and games.

pine valley apartments in Norfolk are clean, well appointed.  With a small kitchen , lounge room, bathroom with a great shower and a bedroom with very comfortable beds.
There are also 2 bedroom apartments and bigger rooms. Close to town, easy walk. We had a little car included in our package to drive around the island

Very nice older style apartments- good facilities with a relatively new bathroom.  Beds great, large spacious lounge/dining area.  Very nice gardens and green space- good for Tai Chi!    Laundry facilities were very good, and Peter the owner/manager was available when required- fixed a small electrical issue immediately.

Rooms were comfortable two double beds
Kitchen had everything needed for own meals as required
Quick response from hosts from off premises we were able to arrive early after flight arrival
They arranged a rental car for the duration of our visit
Confirmed that rental car could be dropped off at the airport prior to departure

Nice relaxed atmosphere in Just needed a spruce up of the grounds to go higher

We stayed for four nights in a double bed room and were looked after exceptionally well. The location is amazing, away from the main street but local to everything. Room was clean, well kept and all amenities were good. Thanks to Ange who made our stay wonderful, we really loved the peace and quiet and the conversation in the afternoon!
