this is a pleasant apartment but, in my opinion, a bit odd.  The lower level has a bedroom that is very dark because of the palms in the garden.  There is another bedroom on the first level near the kitchen/living area, and a third airy bedroom on the top level.  There are toilets/shower on the lower level and top level.

Quirky dwelling over 3 floors, nearly 40 stairs and no handrails!

Good: 
Really great location, just a couple minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, bars and shops.
Includes one parking spot per apartment - important, because parking seems to be a major issue in Byron Bay.
Nice 3 story town house - comfortable, modern, attractive.
We had 3 outdoor balcony areas, which was nice.
Good value for Byron Bay.

Bad: 
It’s advertised as being air conditioned, and most of it is... but the middle bedroom had no air conditioning. Even with leaving that bedroom door open, the air from the lounge room did not reach that bedroom... meaning it was too hot to sleep in, and our daughter ended up sleeping on the couch.
They do not provide ANY extra rolls of toilet paper in the 2 bathrooms - you have to ask for every individual roll. There should absolutely be extra rolls stored in the bathrooms... rather than having to run out and then text to ask for more.

Just to be aware:
They only provide little bars of soap - no shampoo, conditioner, shower gel or moisturiser. Not a huge deal, just handy to know in advance.
You have to take out your own trash before you leave.
There are LOTS of stairs - not an issue for us, but I wouldn’t stay there with small children or elderly people.


Townhouse 6 - great location!

Stayed here for 5 nights in early November. Booked the Four bedroom terrace (No.1) 
The apartment has been recently renovated and is perfect for a beach getaway.

The layout is 4 bedrooms over three levels and was absolutely perfect for us. we had a small group, two couples and two singles and felt like we had plenty of space.

The host (Giles) made everything seemless and was only a phonecall or message away if we required any info. 

Already planning our next getaway up here!

What a beautiful vibe throughout ,from check in to check out I felt so satisfied ,the management team were super friendly -In particular Giles ,very knowledgeable of The wonderful town and so hospitable -couldn’t do enough for us ,very clean modern rooms ,so spacious -with two teenagers it was nice we all had our own zone spaces ,we especially loved the Daybeds
Terrace apartments is super close to everything ,we didn’t need for a vehicle ,everything is walking distance ,loved the super quick walk to the beach to catch the sunrise

Terrace apartments byron

Myself & 4 girlfriends stayed in Terrace # 4 for three nights whilst in Byron for a catch-up! 

It was the perfect location, right near the beach & a short walk to the centre but far enough away to not be noisy. 

The space of the apartment was great so we didn't feel as though we were on top of each other the whole time & the balcony was perfect for our arvo wine & cheese sessions! It was clean & beds were comfy! 

Giles the host was great & promptly responded to us when we had a mother nature issue. We're looking forward to booking it again for our next annual trip!

Not accessibility friendly by any means.  Doesn't seem to be mentioned in advertising but should have picked it up from the name of the place e.g. The Terraces. Stairs, stairs, stairs, stairs.  No way around it.  No reception staffing just units.  Air-conditioning not available in ground floor bedroom nor in twin room off kitchen.  Ceiling fan in ground floor bedroom. Lots of rules.  Positives: Close to beach and in town but tucked away from the traffic. Private level 3 bedroom. with own bathroom facilities.  Ground floor bedroom laundry/bathroom nearby.  (Twin room no bathroom)   TV with Netflix access in living room.

THREE LEVELS OF STAIRS INSIDE UNIT

My husband and I needed a break and we booked into the terraces.   Apartment was T1, 4 bed, beautifully renovated.   Way too big for us but we didn't care.  Loved the huge lounge/day beds.  Just terrific place plus the ambience of Byron Bay.

What an awesome place

We stayed in Unit 3 and it was fantastic. Very clean, great layout (3 levels)and very close to beach bars, restaurants and main shopping street. It is off the main street however which reduces the noise aspect. 
A great family getaway option. 
Had an awesome stay.  Definately worth the money, I would say best value in town. Will be back for sure.
