We stayed at Cape Beach House Byron Bay and our stay was perfect! The owners are so lovely and friendly and our room was immaculate. We highly recommend staying there! Definitely give them a 5 star rating!

Cape Beach House - Byron Beach

A beautifully styled guest house close to Clarkes beach with a 10-15 min walk into town. We loved the fact that we didn’t need to use our car at all. Katie served a lovely continental breakfast each morning and was on hand for suggestions on places to eat and visit. 
Our room was fabulous, exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable. 
We can’t wait to return. Thank you again Katie for your outstanding hospitality. 

Home from home 

Fresh and beautifully decorated! You are made to feel exceedingly relaxed from the start, as you are welcomed by Katie! The rooms are lovely all with en-suites. The stay includes a continental breakfast with homemade muesli and muffins. 

Wonderful find close to the beach, shops, restaurants and lighthouse!!

We stayed at the Cape Beach House last week for two nights and it is a wonderful guest house located right by the beach in byron. Katie and her family were most welcoming and we were pleasantly surprised by the homemade breakfast spread and muffins. The guesthouse is modern, exceptionally clean and generally a lovely place to stay. I’d highly recommend people stay there and we will definitely visit again. Best, James and Jane

Paradise in the heart of Byron

My husband & I enjoyed a few days away at the beautiful Cape Beach House B&B opposite Clarkes  Beach, Byron Bay! What a find!

Perfectly positioned north of the main town but within easy walking distance to the beautiful beach; Wategoes, Byron lighthouse, parks and shops this divine guesthouse is perfect for a getaway. 

Recently renovated,  the accommodation is stylish in design and finish. Our perfect little abode was private with its own entrance and had immediate access to a deck, the pool and the communal living room/kitchen/dining area.

Fresh, light and bright was the feeling with a delicious bed to sink into & a gorgeous en-suite bathroom.

Katie, our host, was happy to help with anything needed; offered a glass of wine on arrival as she showed us around; made delicious fruit muffins every day for her guests & provided home made muesli served with yoghurt, a fruit plate & variety of toasts along with tea & coffee preferences for breakfast each morning. She & her husband Mark were lovely to chat to, full of local knowledge and recommendations if needed and made us feel most welcome. 

Looking forward to returning when the world settles down & we can enjoy all that the area has to offer with a beautiful place to stay. 

Highly recommended. 

Serene, gorgeous coastal getaway 

We had such a lovely stay at the cape beach house. It truly felt like our Byron home. The rooms were chic, very clean and we especially loved the beautifully designed and spacious dining area where we could work, read, or chat with other guests as we nibbled on a fresh homemade breakfast and muffins prepared by the hosts. Also, loved the locally made natural bathroom amenities on offer. 

The hosts themselves were wonderful–super friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable about Byron (they have all the good tips). Katie even helped tape me up in my Halloween costume. What a sport!

The property is across the road from the main beach and only a short walk from surf at the pass and from town, so we couldn’t have asked for a better location. 

We have stayed at a number of Byron hotels and properties and have seen what there is on offer. We can’t recommend cape beach house highly enough, and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay

The Cape Beach House has been one of my favourite places in Byron for the last 10 or so years, and now the new improved reno ups the ante again! Located between Byron town and Wategos/Lighthouse, it offers the best of both worlds. Easy to access to the shops and restaurants, but away from the chaos with easy access to the best beaches in Byron. Katie is the ultimate host, who always makes us feel at home and goes out of her way to ensure we have a great stay. The breakfast included, means you can start your beach day first up... and Katie's famous homemade muffins are to die for. The new reno offers beautiful styling, the comfiest and cosiest beds with lush linen bedding and beautiful bathrooms. A dream holiday, and I can't wait to get back!

New Improved Cape Beach House offers Best of Byron

We have the pleasure of visiting the Cape Beach House at least once a year. 
It holds a very special place in our hearts. Not only is is stunningly renovated property in THE BEST location in Byron, it’s run by one of the most wonderful women you’ll ever meet. 
Katie, thanks for always making our stays so special, Byron wouldn’t be the same without your hospitality. The new refurbishment of the Cape is truly beautiful, I can’t recommend this little gem highly enough. 

Home away from home 

I had another wonderful stay at The Cape Beach House once again and it was especially nice to go back and witness the renovation of the property after renovations this year. Everything has been refreshed and modernised, with a really airy/beachy vibe. I genuinely did not feel like I was in a guest house, it was a home from home!!
The rooms are very comfortable, great size and tasteful modern furnishings, giving a real cosy feel. Plenty of space, with air con, tea making facilities and a mini fridge.  Love the refreshed bathrooms in particular. 
The whole property is spotless clean with gardens that are very well maintained and a perfect location, right across the road from the beach and at the start of the Byron Lighthouse Peninsula walk. You can stroll up the beach to Byron town centre in ten minutes.
The owners are wonderful. Friendly, welcoming and professional and they genuinely do aim to help you have the best stay in Byron possible, giving you tips about the surrounding area. They were also one of the main reasons I made a return trip not just to Byron but this guesthouse in particular.
Each morning you have a fresh tasty breakfast, with fresh fruits, cereals, muesli, breads and more and freshly baked muffins each day (I ate way too many....yikes). 
I could not recommend this wonderful property more highly and I will be back again as soon as I can. Many thanks to the owners for making this a truly memorable and relaxing stay.

SO GOOD to be back and stay again!

The Cape Beach House is an amazing find!  Katie is the perfect host, super friendly and accommodating. She serves a wonderful relaxed continental breakfast, including her not to me missed signature Muesli. The breakfast is served on a large communal table and gives you the opportunity to chat with other guests, which we loved.  The property has just been renovated, the rooms are perfectly styled and super comfy.  Its a great position across the road from the beach and a ten minute stroll into town.  Hard to any fault, we have visited twice now and will be returning!
