worst place ever do not stay here. They advertise incorrect prices then ask for more once you've sent them a deposit . Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Don't try And stay around bluesfest time as they don't display correct charge for your stay. They are all about money and not the customer . Avoid

Terrible

We were met my the warm and convivial owner, Sue, who graciously welcomed us to the residents and patiently answered all of our questions. 

The cozy queen on-suite was perfect for a couple to relax and enjoy each other's company on the balcony. 

We loved the Sandals proximity to downtown Byron whilst maintaining its peaceful charm.

Quiet and Welcoming Weekend Getway

Well first we had to wait out front for someone to answer the phone, finally the owner arrived home to say "the key was under a brick didn't my wife tell you".(bad communication). As he took us to our room we had to chat to a bunch of couples just before we were met with a room the size of a broom cupboard. We were expecting everything specified on wotif,last minute and sandals website to be contained within the room - so when we saw the room which could barely fit 2 single beds and was lacking aircon, tv,fridge etc we were surprised and dissapointed. We paid the full price of a room that would normally have these standard features. The breakfast which was supplied consisted of some cereal and some bread, not great, also we were greeted by a friendly cockroach in kitchen. So from a noisey toliet and leaking taps and having a dog wander around bitting your toes this room shouldn't even be rented out. I think even $100 a night would be borderline worth it. Confrontation is pointless as we tried to comutacate with the owner's and thought they could help us out to resolve the situation but no.

Terrible place!!!!

I came and stayed a few years ago during the writers festival so the guest rooms were full. The gardens were lovely, and I was invited and had drinks with the owners. Easy street parking, near a great French Restaraunt, and not far from the beach and some great runs down to the beach. A little pricey and further back from the beach than other spots like apartments, but the location, a lovely shared kitchen and comfortable  loungeroom all made it relaxing. Good for singles who don't like a lot of fuss.

Lovely garden and friendly owners

Stays 3 nights at Sandalls B&B. Small single rooms with shared large bathroom and toilet.
Nice garden and a shared living room kitchen where you can find your breakfast in the mornings. Feels like an old English cottage. All within walking distance of the restaurants, the shopping and beaches. Friendly owners happy to supply you with information
