Booked for 2 bed got 4 bedrooms so probably not representative. No on-site manager. Clean, functional apartment. Some minor maintenance issues. Very convenient quiet location. Nice pool area. Queen size beds. 

Super sized apartment.

We only stayed one night but it was lovely quiet freshly renovated room. Great full size kitchen and bathroom. Bed was comfortable and aircon was a great. The pool and garden area was very tranquil and relaxing. Serious lawn envy here.  Great undercover carport with spacious parking. Walking distance to many cafes and restaurants. The beach just a short 50m stroll. This one is on the return to list for sure.

Excellent accommodation

We booked for just 1 night - but the hotel is nicely located close to the beach and in very good condition. Very clean and maintained with a soft bed. Decent sized room. 
Quiet location and just a short drive or walk to a big shopping center. 



 Nice apartment hotel 

Beach park was in a convenient location near the beach..a pleasant 1500m walk to marina area..Beach Park is an older property (maybe late 80’s?) attractively renovated recently. Appealing appearances...extremely clean inside and out..we were in room 111 on first floor.easy access..one flight of stairs.. parking is simple and ground level undercover, a plus. 
Our room had a new kitchen and bathroom, fresh paint, new appliances..strong wifi signal, and strong lighting..easy to read a book at night!
We did notice  that some kitchen utensils that we use were not supplied; a bread knife, kitchen scissors, a fruit bowl, and an additional chopping board.it is quite unhygienic to cut meat and other foods on the same board. And a microwave bowl, please. We had to use small cereal bowls to cook in the micro. These are minor money items.
Oh, we did notice that other apartments had a table and two chairs on their outdoor balcony. Our had chairs but not a table.
Overall, an enjoyable stay.

Suited us for our two nights in Coffs

The property recently renovated.The rooms are well through out layout. Good value for money, especially for family group. On site parking is adequate. Owner is a good communicator and well organized approach to checkin and checkout.  

Clean , good location and goof value.

A friend and I stayed for a night and were really happy with the apartment.  The check in process was so easy with friendly staff to guide us through the lock box process. We were given an upgrade as our key wasn't left in the box so that was a lovely gesture. 
The apartment itself was so clean and comfortable.  All modern and well presented furnishings. And don't forget the great shower. Was also super quiet too.
The pool is beautifully clean and well maintained. 
So close to beach as well. Highly recommended.

Just right for a night away

We stopped her for 2 nights as part of our tour up the East coast. Very convenient - literally 10 minutes from the airport by car. 
We had a room without a kitchen, but it did have a fridge, microwave and kettle. 
There was parking outside the rooms, around 15 spaces, but it looks like you can park on the street if it gets full. 
For bits of shopping etc, you ideally need a car to get around - or a taxi. Local supermarkets are around a 15 minute drive away. 
In the local area, we took a walk along the beach and to the harbour and up a hill there. Had a lovely burger on the way back from a small cafe next to the harbour. 
We didn’t find a massive amount to do locally, however we were there for a chill, so it suited us. 
It seems that there is no-one on duty during check in or out, so you literally find your room key in a stairwell in an envelope with your name on. All in all, fair price for a nice stay - we would stop again. 

Nice little place

Although the apartment was not ready when we arrived the cleaning staff did a great job to get us ready fairly quickly. The 2 bed apartment was clean. The pool area was nice with a few sun beds. Wifi good. Location okay but not a lot to do in doffs harbour.

1night stop

We were staying in a renovated room and there's really nothing negative to mention. Everything was perfectly clean - the facilities were beautiful and modern. The kitchen was top-notch. It's worth staying here for more than a night, because you really feel comfortable. Like you're the first visitor.
