Accommodation very nice, clean and comfortable, but have never stayed anywhere that has a 9am checkout.  This is just a ridiculous time for checking out and certainly puts me off staying again.  So be warned, if you have booked to stay there, as I couldn't find anywhere on their web site that mentions a 9am checkout!

Very early checkout time

Very bright, open, great breeze, user friendly, good use of space, good tv size (large), spa was already hot and ready to go, just around corner from beach break restaurant. Beware only a partition seperates the two main bedrooms, and all other 6 occupants essentially are in a garage, no undercover parking on site. All in all a great to stay for couples or families for short or long stay!

Totally worth it 

Fantastic, modern, spacious apartments. Paddle up Killock Creek from the back door for a leisurely drift inland or out to the beautiful Crescent Head break, a listed surfing reserve. 10 minutes in Crescent and you're so laid back you're horizontal. If you're a bit more active than lying on the beaches spotting whales and dolphins there's so many activities within walking distance, pool, golf, tennis, fishing, bare foot lawn bowls, hiking, cycling etc. If you're interested in crafts and hobbies as well as delicious home made jams and produce, 10 minutes drive to Gladstone is full of hours of shopping, then some lunch overlooking the Clarence River. The best family holiday ever (not too shabby for the romantic couples either!)

Chill out in Crez

My family and I have stayed numerous times in various villas . On all occasions the Villas were very clean and comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay . My favorite Villa would have to be Villa 5 as it seems to be larger and has direct access to the Creek where I could either  walk up the creek with my surfboard to the ocean or paddle up on a Sup . We enjoyed the BBQ facilities and the open fire at night . The rooms were comfortable and spacious especially having ensuite bathrooms off both bedrooms . The kids loved the bunk bedroom downstairs  . Everything is supplied . You only need to bring yourself and your bag . We absolutely loved the position and will return .

Great holiday

There are four villas side-by-side located near a mangrove creek in crescent head. The rooms are modern and well appointed, and all of the appliances are good quality as are the fittings. The spa was wonderful which the kids spent much of the day in! It was easy to cook with a good array of everything you needed.
The only real downside is the distance from the beach of about 1k, but that is also an upside if you don't want to compete with 100's of other people. It is right near a mangrove creek which feeds into a river which then feeds into the beach, so you can access some nice backwater tidal sand and mud flats which are fun for kids of all ages.
If you are looking for a secluded spot where you can cook up a storm and relax, then this is it. Nice romantic getaway.
