We spent four nights there after eighteen nights on the road throughout the NT. It wasn't cheap but the room, view and facilities were fantastic. The check-in service provided by Meaghan was fantastic.

A bit of luxury

Stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment with one other couple. To start with it took ages to find the place as no directions were given, so walked around the block 5 times before someone directed us to the office. We had the ensuite bedroom which had a bed that should have been sent to the tip years ago, it was the worst bed we had EVER (not) slept on, completely collapsed, the pillows also should be thrown out ... how can you provide beds and pillows like this in accommodation that people pay a lot of money for? After 3 nights we were crippled. There wasn't enough tea or coffee or milk for 4 people - No WiFi. Very disappointing accommodation

Worst bed ever!

Beautiful, family friendly location, but very disappointing outdated service. 
Payment made for a Premium three bedroom apartment, but was provided a standard three bedroom apartment that consisted of two single beds pushed together in place of a king bed and no tv in the main bedroom. One key only provided and one car park in place of two as per the terms. 
No office location, so waited at the Chow restaurant for 45 minutes after a 14 hour drive, for someone to arrive to provide us with a key and advise where our room was. 
No room wi-fi and no modern tv unless guests utilise their own wi-fi. 
Air vents and lights visibly covered in dust and coffee container contained open satchets of coffee. 
Minimal information provided in the room for guests about the apartments and the Darwin area, a huge downside for those visiting Darwin for the first time. 
Also very difficult to contact someone on the accommodation contact number as per the website.

Three Bedroom Apartment

We stayed for a week at the Lagoon apartment, a two bedroom unit on the third floor.
Of the dozen or so places we have stayed in Darwin, this is the best by far.
Firstly, location; it’s placed in the quasi-resort area of the Darwin Waterfront which has a restaurant area With outlets that cater to fine dining, relaxed contemporary and child-friendly options. They are well priced and good quality, especially Chow, the Asian restaurant with a mainly Vietnamese and Thai flavour. The area is a short walk to the arts precinct at Browns Mart, the Mall in Smith St and the entertainment strip of Mitchell St. 
Secondly, the unit is very comfortable and functional with quality fittings and very comfortable beds. The building is well set out and the car park is easy to access.
Thirdly, this is quality accomodation at a reasonable price. 
We’ll be using this option again in future visits.
Finally, the contact/agent was very helpful and always accessible.

Location, comfort and quality.

We booked this three bedroom apartment for less than the cost of a hotel room in the off season full kitchen  great balcony awesome views just above the best restaurants and night clubs forget about it!

This apartment is located in a prime location on Darwin’s waterfront.  We were blown away by the great views, the contemporary styling, the finishing touches and exceptional communication by Tony and Wendy.

Check-in details were thorough and very easy to understand.  Two car parks for the unit located in the basement adjacent to the elevator.

The unit complex is fully secure with fob access required to all levels.

On arrival, there are two beers and a bottle of wine in the fridge, plus fruit.  What a great welcoming after a long journey to get there.

Other bonuses are creaks, bread, juice, jams, honey and vegemite for breakfast.  Even decent Nespresso pod coffee.

The unit is fully self contained - full sized fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, cooktop, all cooking utensils, etc.

The veranda area has seating for 6.  The views extend to the Darwin Cruise Terminal and two cruise ships docked during our stay.  We also were blessed with the light display around the Darwin Waterfront which is there until April 2020 and includes a 2.5klm light display walking trail.

Restaurants galore on the ground level, plus great variety over at Stokes Hill Wharf.

The lagoon was enjoyed by the kids most days and we ventured into the wave pool too / both only a couple minutes walk from the apartment.

The RFDS Tourist Facility on Stokes Hill Wharf is an absolute must do as well.

Can not plug this place enough / so glad we found it - our whole family 2A- 2C absolutely loved it.

South Building, 5th level, Unit 129 - Arinya - stunning (Air BnB)

My wife and i really enjoyed our time here really good views and verfy  clean and nicely presented. very handy for great  resteraunts and cafe and close to one of the only swimming spots in darwin .Deffinately coming back first chance we get.

Very convienent location- apartment clean, well presented and equipt. The only down side was the difficulty of not having an office on site and having to go to another location to obtain the key, which was not known until our arrival on site.

GREAT LOCATION

We were upgraded to a two bedroom apartment Quayside Anchorage Court - Apartment 6806 - on the 8th floor with magnificent views. Apartment was well appointed except for the lack of some fundamentals e.g. no salt and pepper shakers, no place mats, no coasters - basic gear that should be there. Also need to add that there was NO Wi-fi.

Anyway we loved the place, the venue had a perfect location and the quality of the apartment was very good.

Under cover parking, superb views - Anchorage Court Apartment 6806

Our 4th floor apartment was clean and spacious. The outlook over the waterfront and the port was terrific. Positioned just metres away from the lagoon, wave pool and beach activities along with cafes and restaurants, but just far enough away for a quiet sleep. Enjoyed many Weber BBQ's on the patio too. We were about 600 metres from the Smith Street City Mall and the Mitchell Street watering holes. All in all an excellent position to enjoy the many Darwin activities on offer to tourists.
