Another very disappointed customer. Booked a couples week - travelling from far South Coast NSW. Contacted by Quest that our booking was not going to be possible (got a better offer for 6 months) . 
We had organised and paid for travel to Sydney, additional accommodation,  airport parking, flights etc. 'Twas to be our first trip to Darwin.
We will never book Quest again - a reservation is a reservation!

Do not book Quest

Exceptional Spacious Rooms. Check in was easy, and secure undercover parking was a bonus. Out of the busy city confines, this hotel offers everything. Restaurants and various shops in the close vicinity was very good.

But importantly I was amazed at the quality of the room. Functional kitchenette, large fridge and separate bedroom to living area, all represented high quality thus providing great comfort. 
I will return

Do not trust quest - we booked 6 months out for a stay and had our booking moved from one hotel to another and then cancelled with no notice two weeks out from our stay!

Will never use quest again!

Do Not Stay With quest

We booked to stay here in early July. We booked weeks ahead knowing that this is a busy time. We suddenly got an email 5 weeks before we are due to arrive stating that Quest Berrimah can no longer welcome us and our booking has been cancelled free of charge. I rang up to query this and was told the whole hotel has been instead given to another group to stay and all bookings in that time have been cancelled. I tried to call the main office who I was told made the decision but they did not answer. I left a message and no one called back - they don’t even have the spine to acknowledge what they have done and apologise. 
We were lucky enough to find somewhere but not the accommodation we wanted and at a much greater cost which will greatly effect us. This is going to be our first holiday as a family with my little bub and I was so looking forward to it. This has put a real dampener on it and I am so bitterly disappointed. I think it’s totally disgusting and Quest should be absolutely ashamed of themselves.

I had a very pleasant stay at Quest Berrimah and would recommend the rooms.  They are very clean and tidy, still looking very new and fresh.  The staff were friendly and helpful.  I had an issue with the WiFi connection as it was not providing consistent data flow to my device.  However, this was not a big issue for me.  

Overall I would recommend the Quest Berrimah as a place of stay, mainly because of the cleanliness of the rooms.  The restaurant next door is pretty good too!  I had a number of meals and they were excellent!

Extended/Relocation stay

We booked accommodation With Quest for August for 1 week. We paid a $600 deposit. We received an email 6 weeks out from our NT holiday saying " Quest Berrimah is no longer able to welcome you on 30 July 2021-6 August 2021." Rung them to find out what was going on and all i got was sorry but you can book somewhere else. i explained there is no where else to book Darwin is booked up. I asked about the money we paid and was told we should receive a refund. We have now had to change 60% of our holiday and cancel 5 other accommodation and at least $1500 in attractions. There is this massive thing going on at the moment to travel to the NT but when you book, they cancel your accommodation and leave you high and dry. I will never book with Quest again.

DO NOT BOOK

Travelling to Darwin Supercars with a Party of 9. Had 4 apartments booked for a week. Received an email today stating that our accomodation had been cancelled by Quest. Upon further investigation it turns out that a group booking wanted the hotel for Jun to Nov 2021. All apartments that were booked during this time were cancelled. Disgusting act, so bitterly disappointed as all Accomodation is booked out in Darwin.

Do Not Book Here

We booked this hotel in good faith for a family holiday in June.  Booked Airfares, booked Hire Car, booked tours, booked fishing Charter, then completely out of the blue had our whole booking cancelled without any explanation.

To make matters worse EVERYTHING is now fully booked, I mean everything, so we are stuffed, I estimate this will cost us about $5,000.  I’m seeking legal advice.

Do not trust these guys, completely dodgey operators.  Dog act!

Do not book at this Hotel

I had such a wonderful stay. The room had everything I needed. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was presented nice and clean. The staff at the front desk were easy to deal with and very friendly! 

Cozy

Great apartment, roomy and everything we needed. Very friendly helpful staff and apartment was in perfect location for this trip.Pool is great and nice restaurant next door. Reception staff very professional.
