Lovely place to stay.. perfect location to walk to all the shops and along the waterfront. Friendly staff.. lovely room, comfortable bed.. would stay there again 
Loads of choices for eating..fantastic fish n chip shop along the beachfront

Perfect location with water views

This motel was built in 1972 and has been upgraded with the times. It’s on one of the main streets in Batemans Bay but back from the street. It is basically waterfront with most rooms overlooking the Bay. Rooms are clean, spacious and very comfortable. Staff are an asset to the property, friendly and ready to assist in any way during your stay. Everything is a short walk. Restaurants, bars, pub and club and shopping.
I highly recommend this establishment!!

we only stayed there overnight. and we will be back. not bloody bad but excellent for a 50-year-old place. friendly staff clean rooms and nothing is to much trouble. we will be back highly recommend. whetherit be a 1 night stay or a long stay   suitable for all

We stayed one night at Zorbas in the middle of the school holidays and were accommodated in a family room. 
Room had everything we could need. Although it wasn't a room overlooking the water it was clean, tidy and well appointed. Nice table and chairs outside and access to the esplanade next to reception.
Excellent reception staff who were very welcoming and accommodating. 
Easy walk to everything at Batemans Bay.
Great spot for families.


Great Position, Excellent Staff, Good Clean Room

Really warm welcome from the lady on reception, made sure we had everything we needed for the night.

The room and balcony were very clean, with a great view over the bay.  The bed was really comfortable and we had a good nights sleep.

It was in a perfect location for an easy walk into town for cafes etc.

Would stay here again if in the area.

Lovely view and great location

Stoped here for 2 nights do we could play golf at Club Cantalina.
The property was right on the waterfront.
The reception was staffed by a really nice lady, rooms were very clean and comfortable great beds and shower.
Close to everything and would definitely stay again.

Waterfront at its best

We had to go to the Bay for a medical procedure requiring a restricted diet. We contacted Zorba and asked about a microwave, plates etc. They were brilliant. Accommodating in every way offering everything we needed. The location couldn't be better - right on the waterfront. The room was super clean, the bed was good and it was super comfortable. The best part was the owners! So friendly, so helpful and even checked in to see if all was okay. 

This isn't the Ritz - but it was fantastic value for money. We are well travelled and this was everything we wanted and more. Highly highly recommend.

What a great little motel - highly recommend

We stayed one night .. beautiful balcony view.. beds were VERY comfy, modern interior and very clean room ,  the shower was good size , hot and great pressure and plenty of towels. Highly recommend this motel.

Good, clean motel with a comfortable bed which is on the water and across the road from a decent pub. Walk to everywhere. What more could you want

Lovely large clean room with water views. This is centrally located, easy on and off from highway plus right on esplanade.
Staff friendly and helpful. Really made our stay.
See the dawn in then walk along the light-filled esplanade at night.
