We spent 2 nights at Sea & Soul in a studio apartment. What a find, it is so close to the beautiful beach and an easy walk to the White Elephant cafe in Prevelly.
The bed was really comfortable and the apartment spotless.
Loved it!

Anniversary getaway

Overall a bit underwhelming... the location is great- beautiful town, close to the beach and a lovely coastal beach track, which we enjoyed. A short drive to Margaret River town and local wineries and cafes etc.
We stayed in the deluxe apartment. The room is dated and in our opinion, not as nice as the pictures. The floor, grout furniture is in need of a good professional clean. The sliding door blind is very moldy. The bathroom and shower also need a good clean and the water has a musty smell, which is hard to ignore. Apart from this, I wish I had read the reviews about the adjoining rooms and the noise, we could hear and smell the room next door, just a doorway (covered by a bookcase) away. The kitchen cupboards are not soft close so we could hear them banging around, music and talking, toilets flushing etc. then the dryer in the other adjoining room started. It didn't feel very private and I wouldn't recommend for a couples getaway. In saying all this, apart from the mold and dirty floor perhaps this is what we should expect in this price range?!

Okay for the price

Small but clean and well equipped, these apartments are literally over the sand dunes from the ocean. You can’t see the ocean but you can smell it and hear it if there’s a good swell.
The bed was comfy, kitchen was great and the spa is a bonus. The TV could be bigger and better, and a blind of towel hook would prevent seeing silhouettes of a human wiping their butt through the class bricks (I’m serious!). 
Overall value is fantastic for the area. The place is a comfy base from which to explore the area. 
You need a vehicle to stay in this area. I’ll come back for sure. 

Nice and Quiet 

Fantastic location with the dog beach right across the road. The apartments were clean and functional, they could do with a coat of paint and the tile grout scrubbed but OK for a couple of days. We were told they were dog friendly but there was no outside space suitable for a dog, we ended up having to take him for around 5 walks a day so that he could do his business, the gate was not provided until the 2nd day due to a mix up but it wasn't really adequate as my dog could easily jump the gate and get out onto the road. Luckily my parents who were over visiting were in the adjoining apartment, if it had been a stranger I don't think I would be comfortable as there is only a single door between and I could hear every word they said.

Clean and Basic

This beautiful presented apartment, side on the eastern side of the dunes, a close 100m walk to the beach, with panoramic views. Sunset over the water which you’ll never forget! Back at the place, big comfy bed, big spa bath and a lot of character. Highly recommend staying!

Location, Location, Location!

The owners have fitted the apartments out in a very "sea side" way which fits nicely with the location.

Nice amenities laid on including a handful of dvds to watch (ideal for us brits after watching weeks of rubbish Australian TV!).

The downsides: the bathroom is not properly cut off from the rest of the room, so you hear and smell everything. Also , although I am sure it is a safe area, the only access to the studio at the back is via the patio door with a very flimsy lock on it.

Ideal for the beach, though Prevelly is far from being the best we have seen in WA.

Pretty, fits the location, but not perfect

Large apartment with toiletries and towels provided. They don't change the towels daily though. The kitchenette has utensils, plates, pots and dishwashing liquid provided; if you're interested in cooking during your stay.

We were very pleased with this accommodation. Very close to the beach - you can hear the waves at night - and close to a couple of local cafes. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities were perfect. We found the apartment spacious and private and it easily met our expectations.

Delightful

I was very disappointed at this accommodation, it is far from an apartment, its a large house divided into 3 or 4 rooms. Very noisy from adjoining rooms, my room had two access doors to the other rooms, you could hear everything. Photos are miss leading, they show a spa, there was not one, but the next room had one, which went on for what seemed like hours, so loud and right at the other side of the wall where my bed head was. Plates and crockery dirty, had to wash them before I could use them. One thing I can say in their favor, the bed was comfortable. Would not recommend.
