Spacious, clean & very comfortable beds! Tea & coffee area v well stocked, medium sized fridge which was a nice surprise. Clean throughout , new carpet. Quiet rooms. Next to KFC, McDonalds & Aldi.  10min walk or short drive to town Main Street. Will stay again!

Very good value, spacious & comfortable!

Booked this motel for the pool, when arrived it was covered in green algae on the bottom, so we did not swim. Room was comfortable enough, but hearing the staff outside the room yelling and speaking to other staff at reception saying “f**k” and “c**t” was extremely unprofessional and pretty disgusting. TV so far from bed, could hardly see it. Half the lights in the room didn’t work. Plastic chairs outside the room fixed up with duct tape, just looked tacky and cheap.

Very Disappointed

We'd booked online but when we got there in Oct 2022 and saw how dirty, rundown and dingy it was, we went somewhere else. We just couldn't have stayed there, and we're pretty adaptable. The photos are false advertising -- maybe one room was tarted up for the photo shoot -- and the owners know it. Dodgy.

Dirty, rundown and dodgy

The most disgusting dump of a place I have ever seen. My family of 6 arrived only to be told there was no booking for us (there was through wotif). The manager then screamed at me on the phone before speeding into reception in his car where he proceeded to yell and scream at us to leave before taking photos of our number plate. There were dodgy people sitting outside the filthy rooms, the pool stank and was green with a sign up saying don't swim here. This was a scam and we are still chasing the bank to get our money back. I wouldn't let my dog stay here let alone my children. See other reviews with similar stories. The poor wife had bruises all over her arm (owner of the business). We reported the behaviour to the police. Apparently according to other reviews the rooms are filthy with blood and condoms left in the rooms by previous guests, beds dirty, furniture ripped, carpets putrid...DO NOT STAY  HERE.

MOST DISGUSTING PLACE ON EARTH

Stayed there over the melbourne cup weekend for two nights. the room was dirty and smelly.Found a gecko inside upon opening door for the first time.Found cockroaches later that night.The handrail in the bathroom was broken.The pool was the same color as the local footy field ,with ducks on it.The top of the toaster was covered in dirt.I personally think it needs an inspector to go through it.

The manager is rude, a liar, smokes ice and he offered me cash for sex! i declined. The room was not the cleanest! i will never stay there again.There was so much noise late at night & the air conditioner did not work .

Absolutely disgusted on every level

Rooms dirty, TV doesn’t work properly on all channels and remotes held together with electrical tape. overall acceptable as a very basic poverty pack to place to sleep if that’s your thing. Management are soo rude and just say give your money back, ignorant attitude and no care factor. I travel a lot in rural areas and will say it’s the worst experience and attitude I have had from an operator- save yourself the grief stay somewhere else. Worst experience and attitude from a rural operator I have experienced- do not bother.

Worst ever

Stayed for 3 nights. Dishes provided are for one person only. Towels changed after the first night, bed not serviced at all. So many bugs and baby cockroaches in the bedroom and bathroom. Bug spray provided however not very effective. Room needs a good clean. Bathroom could do with a scrub. Air con filter full of dust so inefficient. Bathroom exhaust no better. Pool floor was green. Manager said he would clean it in the morning. Not cleaned while we were there. Very small tv, not a smart tv and no foxtel as advertised. Would not stay here again. 

Grubby, non serviced rooms, dirty pool

Rooms are dirty. They don't clean room or change bedding if you stay for a week. Left clean towels on the bed daily didn't take the dirty ones. The dinner ware was for 1 person when there was 2 of us. We had rinse dinnerware in the basin. Asked for extra dinnerware never happen . Asked for bedding to be changed that never happen.Couldn't wait to move to the next motel.

Horrible experience would not recommend 

Room dirty, cold and uncomfortable. Inadequate, stained bedding, air preset and extremely noisy.water temperature in shower uncontrollable extremely  dangerous scalding a real  concern.multiple leads plugged  into power board..Rising damp in bathroom .
Very  disappointing.
