The staff here are super helpful and friendly. From check-in to check out, Beck couldn’t have been nicer. The rooms are clean, comfortable and excellent value. Handy to everything, but quiet and peaceful.

Lots to enjoy, good food, friendly people. A beautiful small town that has a lot to give. Historic buildings and respectful to their environment, this town of Hay is a beautiful place to enjoy when passing through.

Splendid

All good, the room was very clean and tidy. Nice and warm air conditioning in winter. Very reasonable tariff and a nice welcome from reception lady. Parking at the door. Free wifi was good too. Just a short walk to restaurants and club for all types of meals. What more could you need.  A one night stop on the way to Adelaide and I will be stopping on the way back too.

Very comfortable room, more than happy.

the staff were Super friendly and we loved the fast checkin experience. Room was huge, bed was cosy and we enjoyed a great night sleep. The room was also really warm which was fabulous . I would definitely stay here again for a one night stop over. Easy walk to pubs and local takeaway

great one night stay !!

From check in to checkout was great service. 
Adrea think this is how spelt was amazing, my father has dementia and difficult to understand. When we let manager know who is adrea a curtain was down she immediately fixed it whilst dad talked her ears off 
She was friendly chatty and later in the night she went above and beyond to help someone who was desperate for a room.
The rooms are oldish but super clean and comfortable.well done to you guys the customer service was great. The only issue was the corner room light shone in room but this was to be rectified. Ill definately be staying on my travels again. 

Excellent value 

Our stay at Cobb Inlander Motel was great. It was a last minute booking when we were so tired from Driving from Wollongong to Mildura. The room was clean and very comfortable. I would highly recommend it to weary travellers

Great place to stop over when driving from Adelaide and Sydney. 
Liked · Booking in was easy. staff on front desk welcoming and cheerful. Room as asked for. Clean and comfortable, fluffy towels - even a face washer! No noise from either side which was really good. Pub and Thai restaurant next door, as their restaurant was closed. Great sleep. Shower hot and strong! Easy WiFi. Had microwave, cutlery, plates, etc.

Great place to stay after driving from Adelaide

We booked this at the very last minute as it was the cheapest place available in Hay that decent reviews.  We were exhausted and just looking for somewhere to crash for the night, and we really weren't expecting much  but the service at the front desk was fantastic, really lovely and friendly ladies.  The same lady wished us well on our departure as well.  

The room was light and bright, clean, good size, and surprisingly modern.  Bed was super comfortable and the bathroom looked like it had been recently refurbished - also modern, really good shower (albeit a tad on the small side).  Free parking straight outside the door of our room, good heating (it was bitterly cold when we arrived, and freezing the following morning), good wifi, excellent value for the price.

We don't anticipate being in Hay again any time soon (or probably ever) but if that changes we would definitely stay here again.

Much better than expected

Two rooms booked for myself and my two adult sons for an overnight stay.
Very friendly reception and the heaters turned on before we got to our rooms.
Clean and tidy rooms that appeared to been been recently renovated.
Comfortable beds.
What more to ask for?
Would stay again.

Only one small thing.... the AC/Heaters are a little bit noisy .... 

An excellent choice!

The main street of Hay offers quite a few motels but chance brought us to this one. The appearance from the road is not great but it was obvious that a lot of work has been done recently. 
Reception was wonderful. The management here is keen to be helpful and pleasant to guests.
The room itself was excellent - clean and comfortable. It looked as though the cupboards etc had been recently installed. Everything in the room was clean,
neat and looked brand new. Large flat screen TV, internet, jug, microwave.  
Bathroom was good - again the vanity unit looked new. There was a glass shower and plenty of hot water.
The pool looked clean and tidy but we did not try it.
This place was much better than the outside appearance and it appears that the management is on a program of continual improvement. It offered excellent value.
Location is walking distance to hotels and the bowls club where we had very good Chinese food.
We would not hesitate to stay again.
