Absolutely horrendous, filthy dirty, worst I've ever seen. Smelt disgusting. 10 per room. Mixed rooms. Shower rooms awful. Not what we expected at all. Extremely disappointed. Management should be ashamed as should tour company Intro travel. Been all over the world in basic accommodation.

We booked in at westenf backpackers for 3 nights. It was so dirty everywhere, the bed sheets were not cleaned just simply the bed made (as i withnessed this after 3 guests leaving) the room was rotten filled with bugs, the ensuite was disgusting full of dirt mould and more bugs. No ladders to get onto the top bunks and springs sticking out of the mattress. Only one plug in the room for 6 people (2 in the bathrooms but did not work) The bathroom downstairs and shower area didnt seem like they had been cleaned in months, the kitchen area was very poor, food everywhere and only one stove worked. The wifi did not work for me at all downstairs or up. Overall very poor experience would highly recommend paying that little bit extra for one of the many other hostels in the area. (You get what you paid for)

This hostel is the worst i‘ve ever experienced! It’s not like the photos AT ALL!! It’s disgusting and gross. I am counting the days I will leave. Never seen something like that. I’m disappointed!!!!!! Please don’t book that. You will just spend your money for nothing!!

Not Good

I’m not sure where they got the pictures from on their website but that is not what the hostel looks like.Dirty, smelly, no air con, windows don’t open, everything is broken. I’m not sure how this hostel is getting away with this.

DO NOT GO HERE

Stayed here in Jan 2019 with a mate in a 6 bed mixed dorm. The beds standard bunk beds, quite comfy but the rest room was quite cramped. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest place but the rest of the hostel was okay. The social area was okay in terms of easy to mix but quite quiet and nothing special about it. Only stayed here because it was the cheapest place available around New Years, probably wouldn't go back. The luggage room required a key at least.

My god don't ever go down there everything is dirty, I came with one of my friends with a private bathroom don't clean hair everywhere, tiles full of cracks. In the rooms the walls full of animals (beds and carpet) we had to spend two nights there believe me the stay was shortened nicely they don't repay.

Turn around.

The worst hostel I've ever made in my life. There are cockroaches in the kitchen, in the dining room, in the rooms, the fridges smell like death and everything is dirty. You have a private sdb in the room, but it's never washed, there's mold on the shower curtain, the walls and the ceilings, you come out dirtier from your shower than you've ever been in. No storage in the rooms, no lockers, take care of your valuables. And the cherry on the gate.

Get out of here.

Average common areas. Really desirable kitchen: dirty, people don't make their dishes, almost nonexistent kitchen utensils, no torches, broken faucets, few refrigerators... We were in a private room, horribly expensive to serve, no window in the room (lumbery), the bathroom door closes very badly... namely: someone comes every day to empty the garbage can from the room around 10:30-11 a.m., whether you're there or not... and expect the staff to come in without knocking.

Go sleep somewhere else!

We were in the hostel for a week. The exterior of the house seems to be in need of adjustment. Unfortunately, there is no elevator at the entrance of the house, so you have to carry your suitcase up and down. The common room, kitchen and fridge are unstructured. Everyone leaves his things, if you are lucky, you can still find a place in the fridge for his things. The young people do what they want. It would make sense - with so many teenagers and young men - to move to a social day. It would be necessary to set up rules! The staff are very young. The rooms, as well as the bathroom, are unstructured. We had a room with our own bathroom, so there was a very good demand, which was a choice of our bathroom. The hostel also had a bedside and the living room, but the bedside was not always equipped with a shelter. The bathroom was very convenient, and even if the bathroom was very narrow, the bedside was very convenient.

Never again

The structure is old and fatiguing, the common air is practically non-existent, you can't smoke except on the street, the rooms are small and they're dirty too, in a room of 4 we had to sleep in 5 because a couple had decided, although having one room with me and L the other room in the dormitory, to sleep together. There are no cabinets in the room and as a result things are scattered everywhere. The room is cold with windows that let all the smells in. To end up on the 5th floor people are going to jump with gas, but in my opinion you can't repeat the smoke... L expulsion from the hostel.
