Walters Holiday flats are just amazing. Everything is so clean and tidy. The shower is hot and just lovely.  The beds are comfortable and there is a nice verandah at the front of each flat with table and chairs to enjoy the sunshine and view over the water. There is a private walkway to Hyams Beach and an amazing cafe just a couple of doors down. BBQ area is just great and the BBQs heat up very quickly so doesn't take long to cook.

The flats are set in a beautiful part of the south coast, the crystal clear water of the sea is just amazing. There are great walks including a great walk you can start from the flats which goes all the way to Huskisson if you wanted which includes a wonderful bush walk where you can venture off to other beaches if you wish.

The managers, Rachel and Ben are the loveliest people, so very hospitable and friendly, when you see them it is like you are meeting up with old friends, they are so warm and engaging, they will do anything for you.

So we highly recommend Walters Holiday Flats for a relaxing time away, we will certainly come again.

Walters Holiday Flats for the Best time away

This place is perfect for an affordable getaway in a superb location. My 3 children and I stayed in flat 1 and found it spotlessly clean and functional. Beds were comfy and shower was hot! Position is perfect with access directly to the beach down rocky stairs and a 1 min walk to great coffee at local cafe / shop. We were very happy with our stay. Thoughtless neighbours in other units could impact your enjoyment as you do hear everything so best cross your fingers and hope there is a considerate crowd staying when you’re there!

Great no-frills accomodation

Stayed in flat 1 at Walter Holidays Flats in April 2019 and woke up to cockroaches running over my bed. Every night the free tenants joined us for 3 nights. There was no rain so not weather related. Told the owners, they didn't seem interested or cared. Denied they knew about the problem even though there was a can of cockroach spray in the cupboards and dead cockroaches behind the beds and in the floor lampshades. Guess the owners didn't want to compensate financially  for guests having a zero sleep and would have to if they admitted they knew about the pest problem .Completely ruined our stay. Very disappointed in owners response.

Very good location to the white sands of Hyam's Beach.
We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the wildlife nearby.
My wife and I particularly enjoyed it as we did not have to work as was the case when we were last in this area some 30 years ago at Creswell.

White sands

Hyams Beach world known location at reasonable price. Clean unit on the beach, however you need to plan your meals as nearby cafe does only breakfast and lunch, always overcrowded. Very clean and comfortable accommodation, highly recommended.

Famous beach, comfortable stay

Had a few days here with the wife from Sunday to Wednesday. We got the 1 bedroom flat ( flat 4) which is closest to the beach. Nice little flat with everything you need for a few days. Self contained with microwave fridge etc & parking at the side. Comfy bed & good shower, no complaints at all with the accommodation. Never had any problems at all & loved every minute of it. If you want to get to the beach you have to take the narrow pathway on the right of the building closer to the beach. A couple of groups took the driveway which doesn’t have a path to the beach. Will definitely return, loved the little walk with direct access to Hyams Beach. Excellent value for money.
