When we arrived, it was almost midnight. But Joel had put the heater on, room was warm, comfortable and spacious. Good supply of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits as well as toiletries. Loved the decor, particularly the dolphin tap .

Overnight stay

Long dark hairs on bathroom floor (I have short blonde hair), obvious dirty corners of bathroom bench, tops of microwave and fridge grimy and microwave bench dirty (blackened sponge when I wiped these), window sill and wooden bar shelf clearly not cleaned in months with obvious dirt. Not okay at the best of times but with Covid-19?

We stayed at this motel for 3 nights. The room was very spacious and extremely clean. 
Well equiped room. It had a nice spacious balcony overlooking the garden with beautiful palm trees. Only negative point was the decor in the room which is quite out dated. Certainly need some uplifting but overall value for money. The hosts were excellent. We had a comfortable stay. Will certainly use the motel again.

Well appointed spacious room

The motel is a bit quirky and very old, but on entry you will find a very well maintained and clean room, the bed is very comfortable and if you can get past the decor, it is well worth the stay. Just keep in mind that it is on a main rd and beside a roundabout, so traffic can be noisy early.

Very Clean and Comfortable 

First let me say I’m not a person who usually chooses a motel for my accomodation - I prefer a bit of luxury. That being said this was a flying visit to Inverloch so we went on a budget. Perfect contact free experience which made me very COVID comfortable. The room was clean - dated and a bit tired but everything you could possibly need has been thought of ( crockery, cutlery, wine glasses, milk in the fridge, kettle microwave, toaster I could go on but you get the picture). The motel is situated on a roundabout on the outskirts of town, it is not quiet and the little balcony faces onto said roundabout. As long as your not expecting countryside peaceful, it’s fine. It’s also a 20 minute schlep into town. Didn’t bother us but that may be an issue for some people. Oh and the dolphin taps in the bathroom...piece de resistance...

Everything you could possibly need in a budget motel

We have stayed here twice and it has everything you need. Rooms are very clean and spacious and bed is very comfortable. Would recommend this motel for a trip going to inverloch. Service was also great.

Everything you need

Quiet clean motel just on the edge of town. Friendly owner.  Place is dated but still in good condition and clean.  Reasonably priced compared to other places in the area. Perfect for overnight stop over.  

Quiet clean well kept motel 

We had a night there during our trip in the region. The location was really nice, the lady at the reception was just amazing, really attentive and nice. The room is clean and has all the facilities needed, a cool balcony at the front. I would recommend it for a stay :) 

Cool place

We stayed for one night.
The motel is a little out of town, but it was only a 10 minute walk away.
The motel has all the usual features and might be described as a little bit quirky. The decor has a very strong beachy theme. Everything worked, the bed was comfortable - what more could you ask for?

Good value

This accommodation is basic, clean and bright with friendly staff, as you can see from the photo’s the rooms have everything you need and expect from a motel room. There is plenty of free parking. The beach & the town centre is a short drive away ☺️
