Very comfortable and modern. Plenty of eateries are a short walk away, and across the road and through some scrub is the beach. Room 1 has direct access to the pool, which might be a bit off-putting since it is accessible to all guests right outside your sliding door. Sauna and jacuzzi also available indoors

Beachfront, modern

A beautiful place as a temporary home. Michael was friendly to chat with. A short walk to the beach and town for food.
We hired the spa room which was spacious, clean and well maintained. Light breakfast was simple and satisfying.
I would highly recommend this accomodation.

A lovely place to stay

Beautiful property with many extras. Large spacious bedroom with great views and private balcony. Crisp white robes in the room which were great to come and go to the lovely spa and pool.
Although everything else was tip top our mattress in the penthouse was terrible. We woke up after the first night hardly being able to move because our backs were so sore. We were supposed to stay two nights but by 5pm my husband and myself decided to leave as we couldn’t face another night in the bed before driving home. Hopefully the mattress will be replaced and then it will ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful property with great views

Fabulous spa room, walked out to the pool from our front door, very clean, great location, beautiful room and staff were so lovely. Highly recommend and we will definitely stay there again, absolutely loved it!!!!

Excellent Accommodation, Great Location

Would definitely recommend Eugenie’s and would stay there again for sure. Proximity to beach and town alone was worth it, so so close, and the property itself was really nice. No negatives at all really 

Would stay again

From the moment we arrived, we knew we had picked a perfect place to stay. Room was a good size, very comfortable bed, but the huge deck overlooking the park and road was excellent. And a wonderful pool beside it was heavenly. But then there was the sauna and hot tub inside!!! Bliss. And so easy to just stroll down the street into the shopping and eating area of the town, a definite keeper for next time we visit Inverloch.

Perfection

We arrived and were welcomed warmly . Our Room was large and well furnished and included a KIng Size Bed. There was an adequate breakfast provided and we could and did sit outside our room and consume the breakfast whilst enjoying the views. The tranquility level was high so sleep came easily. There were other features available to us such as a Spa . Parking was easy and there is but a short walk to the shopping precint and also to the beach . There are restaurants and cafes and shops as well as a large supermarket in this precint. This quality of accomodation is not easily found in smaller towns and despite the cost of staying here for lots of people, they will get their monies worth.

Great Position Quality rooms Comfortable bed and Scenic Views friendly hosts

A warm and friendly welcome on arrival. Spotless room and comfy bed with lovely ocean views. Short stroll to restaurants, cafes, shops and the beach. The pool and spa were very relaxing. Light breakfast supplied. We will definitely be recommending Eugenie's to family and friends.

Stayed in the best room which had great views. Host very helpful. Nice spa. Breakfast provided in room - bread for toast, cereal, juice, tea and coffee - nothing fancy. Altogether a good stay. Would stay again. 

Lovely views and comfortable room

When we arrived our room was not made up and no one around to ask. The room next door to us was made up with door open. So we thought there may have been a mistake, so we took that room. Just started to settle in when knock on the door and it was the people who had booked the room. So we were embarrassed and apologize and then took our luggage out. The people were very nice and saw our predicament. The gentleman tried to ring the hotel to speak to someone to sort it out, but phone rang out twice and even the transfer number rang out.. we decided to go into the unmade room as we had to change our clothing for an appointment. No towels, pizza box coffee cups, just a big mess. On our way out, we saw a fellow who looked like he worked there,and told him about our room..he said it was our room, and would get onto it. When we got back 10pm the room was clean. Breakfast was just continental in your room. So we feel we were gipped out of half our stay.
