Stayed for one weekend and absolutely loved my stay. The prices were amazing for the time I chose to travel and breakfast and wifi being included was a plus! Although the furniture was aged, my room was still very clean and warm. There is a beautiful common area with a fireplace where you can relax after a day up on the mountain. This is my second year in a row staying at Hannas' Hutte and I don't think i'll ever stay anywhere else because you really do get a bang for your buck.

Excellent Prices, Service and Location

Stayed 1 night in a double room which faced the onsite parking.The room was warm and not very clean,the carpet was stained and there were dead cockcroaches in the corners.The TV was not working.The bathroom was clean and the water was hot.
Breakfast was good  tea,coffee,cereal,toast,bacon and eggs.There is a drying but even after 12hrs my gloves and boots were still damp

Simple Accommodation 

Spend a Friday and Saturday night here on the last weekend of July. Close to $400 a night for a room for four. Bathroom tiny, don’t touch the cold water tap in the shower as the water temp is either scalding or freezing.  Deal included breakfast, had it on Saturday morning, went Sunday to see exactly the same bacon and eggs so gave it a miss and went into the village instead

Not really impressed, too expensive for very budget accomodation. I’ll shop around next time

Dated accomodation, overpriced for what you get

On arrival we were barely greeted by bored staff,  next to no information was provided on the accommodation or the local area, we were just directed to our cold room.

The room was small and only had very basic amenties, for example there was no kettle to make coffee. The bed was comfortable, however the room was so cold we had to buy a heater to get it a reasonable temperature.

Breakfast was basic which is expected at this price point, however cold bacon and eggs was not.

Parking is limited and there is no security with the back door of the lodge left unlocked and open so guests and anyone else can enter whenever they want.

The location is great and the local restaurants are also excellent. But  unless your a backpacker or teenager just wanting a place crash after skiing, book somewhere else.

Beyond that well you get what you pay for in the peak season. Not sure about two things; why one can't be onsite between 10 and 3pm when the rooms aren't serviced anyway and why the TV needs to auto switch off after about 20 minutes. Maybe there is an issue with the thread bare walls and maximised space for accommodation. If you like eggs and bacon then you'll enjoy the breakfast. Nice photo of the avocado in the advert.......I must have missed the memo on this one being served.  I know it's winter but the continually wet bath mat from the leaking shower not enjoyable. Maybe this could have been replaced between 10 and 3....... Oh the internet was good that makes 3 good things. We won't be back though.
