Just experiencing the worst customer service before even heading down to the snow. There's no snow which I pointed out and asked to rebook or some ( any) form of credit to put towards another weekend instead. Being stupid enough as I was pointed out by Carly for booking a room at start of opening weekend" that's the risk you take !" she said. The reality is had I not been so stupid and waited for snow they wouldn't have had a booking at all instead of the $900 approx it's costing us. No goodwill, no credit just really poor service. Good luck running your business. We've plenty of families that have bought Epic passes that would possibly use the station for this reason as a discount is offered. Clearly we will be advising them elsewhere.
Get your act together Station. Times are hard enough, no need to be greedy, better to be sustainable.

Terrible customer service

Resort should not even used in the same sentence for this place, far from it, with over 150 guests booked overnight stay for a wedding they would cleaned the place up, we had a motel type room, no heating, not even a teaspoon to stir your cuppa in a paper cup, room was dingy no extra blankets or pillows, the bathroom needs an upgrade, the whole place needs doing, The function room was great as it was set up by family and friends. Food was excellent, Bar was very overpriced and hardly any variety to choose from, very disappointing, On a good note the wedding and reception was fantastic

RENOVATE!!!!!

Spread out like a mini village,little huts everywhere,we stayed in the middle of the first "block",,if you like peace n privacy,probs not the place,could hear old mate next door snore,and fart,kids next door on the other side,,I think practising footy tackling.room was clean,beds comfy,shower nice n hot,,but basic,,if the room is "abit" fresh in may,with the heater running flat strap,bring extra jumpers. . In June,July,Aug etc etc

Clean,,but simple,very simple..Definatly budget

Just returned from a weekend at The Station. We went because they had a great deal and for $410 for our family of 5 for 2 nights I can’t fault the value. Motel room was spacious enough, with a drying space for ski gear. Bathroom was dated but clean. Would have been nice to have some extra pillows or blankets in the room. The biggest disappointment was breakfast which we had tried to book in advance for a discount but for some reason they didn’t apply it to our booking. So we paid $75 for a very average breakfast in a depressing food hall. Save your $ and eat in downtown Jindabyne.

Fine for the price but breakfast disappointing

I just (re)booked (by phone) at The Station Resort, Jindabyne and the service was excellent. The lady who took my booking was Helena. She was well mannered and was able to accommodate my request as well as fix up my ‘botched’ online booking. Much appreciated, thanks Helena. Chris

My partner & I have has stayed here twice now.
The motel room has one double / queen bed & 3 x single beds for sleeping arrangements. One ensuite with shower, basin & toilet. TV, jug plus tea/coffee (there were no mugs on this occasion, I’m guessing due to COVID as they were available last time) small fridge with long life milk & 2 x cupboards for hanging all of your gear to dry. 
The heater is next to the queen bed so it can get a little toastie at night, but you can still fit your gloves, face mask etc next to the heater to dry out.
The on-site pub serves your typical pub food from the shop next door - pizza, snitty, lasagne etc.
I’ve seen other reviews where people have complained about no wifi & other various woes but this accommodation is all that you need. After a big day snowboarding all you want to do is have a hot shower, something to eat & crawl into a comfy bed & this accommodation offers just that. On each bed is a pillow, towel & a small cake of soap. We took cereal for breakfast but there is no cooking allowed in the room.
All in all great accommodation & we will continue to stay here in the future.

Great for the price

I stayed for 2 nights with my husband and 9 year old son, the rooms are large, clean and basic but great for the budget. 
Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Our deal included bistro style breakfast and dinner. 
Out of town but it is a huge complex, plenty of space for the kids to run around and watch the kangaroos.

value for money

The rooms have paper thin walls so you can carry on a conversation with the people next door if you wanted to. 
The heating can't be controlled properly so you are either freezing or uncomfortably hot.
Don't eat the food there and you will probably be on the toilet instead of skiing. 
The bathroom is in the bedroom so if you wake up in the middle of the night, so does everyone else in the room.
This place is so bad I can't imagine anyone going back there again; I certainly won't.
Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else - anywhere else.

May as well stay in a tent

We just wanted a place to sleep after our days on the snow. The Station was great.
A car is ideal as it’s out of town and I wouldn’t want to walk it.
Overall fantastic for the price.
Large cabins , great space , the grounds are large and lots of wildlife, we saw emus.
We found the restaurant and bar very affordable and the meals were really good. Such a good family spot.
We would definitely stay again, much better than anticipated.
Only negative is the cabins aren’t so soundproof, luckily our noisy neighbours went to bed at a reasonable time.

Great Snow/Farmstay

We stayed for a few nights in a motel style room (1 double 3 singles). The heating was HOT. We ended up turning it off for the most part as we had a few days of warmish weather. The double bed was right next to the heater so we couldn’t use it without cooking. Bathroom was older style, little cramped but clean and shower worked well. Only the bistro was open for food, but pricing was good, reasonable amount of choices and the meals enjoyable. For the price we paid we were very happy with the service and the accommodation. Staff were friendly. We would stay here again.
