We and our friends (2 couples) accidentally booked this place (a 2 room flat with private patio area) is in a little relatively unknown area called Kiah (as compared to the nearby Narooma, Eden, etc). But it's a very nice surprise- the hosts Scott, and Mandy are so friendly and caring. We were expecting just a quick night's sleep and would move on. But the unexpected encounters were the most enjoyable. First of all, Scott's breakfasts were simply divine (make sure your ask for his secret egg benedict!). He persuaded us to do some morning kayaking along the river which is just 200 m away (and he made so easy for us with all the equipment - kayaks life vests, etc right on the shore) and gave us a walkie talkie so that we could communicate in case of any help needed. The river was calm and serene, most enjoyable! Then, the next morning, he arranged a special animal feeding encounter which was simply wonderful - ducks, chickens, sheeps, alpacas, pheasant, peacocks, koi, ... - you name it,  he's got it in his farm!  
BTW, he also has a farm stay which got a real brick pizza oven!  His 22 acres compound is lush, has a lake and also can cater for caravan camping!

Happy unique place to wind down and enjoy

Great find just south of Eden, operated by Scott and his wife. Lots of activities to keep kids entertained (even teenage girls!), with lots of animals and a tricky putt putt course. Although we didn’t get around to it, to can also canoe and fish on the river.
Scott was always on hand and went way over and above, with some unexpected but appreciated hot waffles and pancakes on a chilly morning. 
His passion for his business is infectious, and well worth the small detour from Eden.


Little gem for a family visit

Just spent a lovely few days at Scott and Amandas lovely property on the banks of the pristne Towamba River. Though cold at night, Scott provided plenty of firewood and was a terrific host. We all enjoyed kayaking, fishing, feeding the farm animals ( even the naughty baby billygoat) and lovely fireside evenings. Highly recommend you give them a try.

lovely setup, great hosts

We were amazed when we arrived here for our one night stay, it was off the beaten track and surrounded by fields. The owners have animals; llamas, sheep, chickens, ducks, etc. They were so friendly, telling us all about the place and even inviting us to help feed the animals, which we were only too happy to do, loved it. The room was very nice, well appointed. Breakfast was excellent, and set us up for the day. We very highly recommend Kiah Country Gardens. Although booked through Booking.Com, you can only pay in cash, which we knew when we booked.

Fantastic little B&B

A lovely terraced room with a spacious terrace, but rather rudimentary air conditioning, a free lunch, a view of the fields with animals, little water pressure in the shower.

It's a nice champeter hotel.

$30 for a per car, massive ground to camp on close to the river, caravans are welcomed. No power, or shower but loo available at the BnB guest house for public use,camping area very close to river, the fishing was better than expected and river is tidal. Prawns worked best, great also for families with many swimming areas, snorkeling and mini beaches along the bank.
Didn't use the free 18 hole mini golf course and other features like cafe and viewing of farm animals. Very quiet area, plenty area to explore either kayak or bring ur own.This camp area only opened since Xmas 2016 holidays and with further development of camping grounds I have found my new camping/fishing ground. Bring ur own water. Host are lovely and accommodate ur needs either BnB or Camping. Thanks Scott to you and ur family.

Great camping spot with cheap camping

Beautiful B&B. Such a great feel with Apollo the dog running around, gorgeous gardens and animals amongst the grounds. Right on the river too! Scott and his family were extremely friendly and great hosts. 
So nice to have fresh eggs for brekkie and a BBQ to use, as the place is quite remote. Nearest place to eat/shops is Eden 15 min drive away. Very big kitchen with all the utensils you need. 
Nice to have the option to bring the dog, and they also have a safe place to sleep at night. 
We loved being so close to the river and brought our canoe to explore and fish. Also awesome that there's a camping option.
Great for a remote and relaxing escape. 
We loved it and will be back 😊

Beautiful B&B! 

Kiah Country Gardens B&B was a great stop-over on our trip down the east coast of NSW before we headed into Victoria. It hosts stunning gardens and a ton of activities and walking areas on the huge property. It's just a few minutes off the coastal highway, but far enough that it's very peaceful and quiet.  
The owners were absolutely lovely and showed us around, warmly welcomed us in despite our late arrival, and even offered a home cooked dinner! Parking was off the road and spacious, felt very safe.
The room was beautifully clean and as we booked as two in a family and they had thoughtfully set up a spare bed so we could sleep separately, and when we changed to have a third person stay in the room they were totally flexible.
The brekky is continental style and offers a big cafeteria-style sitting area in a neat room. There was a varied selection of breakfast cereals, tea, coffee, treats etc... and we were happy to enjoy the hot cross buns as it was coming up to Easter! The kitchen is well-equipped, gas burners, and we were offered to cook up anything we like and feel at home with the fridge contents. Because we had planned a luncheon we didn't take it up, but the fridge had lamb, home made dinner, and farm-fresh eggs from their own chickens.
It was lovely and quiet in the morning and the property is so beautiful I really recommend you take the time to have a walk around!
