We booked a studio style pet friendly cabin where we were allowed to bring the dogs inside. Other parks should note that this makes the dogs happier and as a result quieter than having to leave them in the car. The cabin was clean and the beds, with their good quality linen, comfortable. My only criticism was the lack of cooking facilities and cutlery. Our days were long, leaving at dawn and getting back at sunset. Using the barbecue in the dark didn't appeal. There was room in the kitchenette for a couple of hotplates but they were sadly missing. The park is shady and although close to Wagga Road the sound of the traffic was minimal.

Truly pet friendly

Stayed a few nights while visiting family nearby. The cabin was very quiet, comfortable and with much more space than a similarly priced motel. Being able to do our own cooking was a huge plus. Cabins and grounds all well maintained with everything we needed.
This place will be top of our list for our next regular visit to Albury.

its a really nice peaceful park not far from the main drag for food and petrol ...now you might be worried because it runs along the wagga wagga road but it is surprisingly peaceful because there are trees that sheild the park against the road ...we had a look at the swimming pool and it just looked so pretty but toooooo cold for us to try also i saw that there is a common room that has books to read and activities to do ...must not forget the beautiful BBQ area too... lots of established plants bushes and tress just to make the whole park more homey.. just a really welcoming park ..now a mention to the staff there.. the girls are very obliging and very helpful with your needs ..especially if you turn up at the wrong park and you are totally lost and it is pitch black and you can not see where you are or going ..did not fuss the girls.... she was more than happy to drive out to greet us at reception and help us but we were not there because we were at the wrong caravan park plus we were lost...got there in the end ..thank god..so heres my huge shout out and a big thank you to Kay and especially Mandy

Pretty and Peaceful

We stayed in our caravan, and were very appreciative of the stone base to camp on, as it had been raining for a while before we arrived, and continued on and off whilst we were there. No mud, or puddles to contend with. The amenities, the friendly staff, and the location are what keep us returning to the very same  place. 

Will keep on coming back

Shocking experience stayed for two days until we could book in to another park, cold showers,  terrible septic smell, caravan bay was run down and an inch deep in rotten leaves, water taps hanging off the pole, permanent van has barking dog all night, banging doors arguing don't do it find a better park, workers starting trucks up early morning in caravan bays the list goes on 

Never again 

the staff was very friendly and helpful
the park was really clean and very well maintanined we where there for 6 nights and loved every minute of it 
to the maintenance man there our dog is still trying to stretch our van for a bigger tool box

As covid affected our travel plans twice, we had to alter our booking twice. Staff were very helpful and understanding in facilitating this for which we are grateful.
 All clean and comfortable beds; everything worked. Our original unit smelled of smoke - staff quickly organised an alternative cabin. You can hear some road noise (from the highway even though it's hundreds of metres away) which would be a problem in warm weather if you like to sleep with windows open. As it was winter it did not impact our sleep.

Good alternative to motel given size and cost.

Hahahaha ! I don't use 200 characters to talk to anyone in any given day, so how could i be expected to give you 200 characters here right now, although I see I've just managed it. Great stuff! 

What does this mean

Customer service non existent made an already stressful time  worse no words can express the dissatisfaction complaint went nowhere promised a phone call from  regional manager which never eventuated left with no where to stay at last minute whilst my partner was undergoing cancer treatment 

Beyond Disgraceful

This spot is nice and quiet and only minutes from major shops, the cabins are clean and have everything you need to have an enjoyable stay. The pool area is inviting and checking in after hours is simple.
