If you ever need to find a place to stay in Maleny look no further than this beautiful and welcoming lodge .
Perfectly situated in town near cafes and shops.
The property is beautiful and very well looked after. The room was clean and everything you need. 
The bonus is there is a very refreshing pool which is open sunrise to sunset .
Loved our stay .

Maleny Lodge a real treat

We stayed in the charming Alfred room which had a balcony overlooking the lawn, pool and forest out back. The room was large and tastefully decorated. Communications with host Bron were great. The Lodge is on the main street so we could walk  to shops, cafes and restaurants. The building is heritage with polished floorboards so not as soundproof as some newer ones. We highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay.

A charming place to stay right on the main street of Maleny.

Fantastic and excellent accommodation located right in the heart of Maleny.  They have different types and designs for each room with a vintage/Victorian era atmosphere.  Staff are very friendly and courteous.  Facilities include security entrance, swimming pool, garden view, car parking.

Diamond in the Mountain of Maleny

First thing we did on arrival was take a refreshing dip in the beautiful pool. Then relaxed on the balcony of the Alfred room. Bliss! Room was so lovely and charming -- big, comfy bed; HUGE bathroom with lux amenities; crisp linens & fluffy towels. Host Bron was super responsive and helpful. A great stay in pretty Maleny.

Charm and comfort

My wife, son and I stayed here to attend a wedding. Our stay stretched over 4 nights in early September. Situated several kilometres out of town the location is a peaceful rural treat set in a large garden. The hosts David and Kay are welcoming and friendly but respect your space only appearing to replenish breakfast supplies when requested.

The accommodation is the bottom floor of a refurbished Queenslander. The story of its relocation and renovation is provided in a folder on the table in the living area along with info on the TV and eating close by.

 The space consists to two bedrooms, both with double beds, so is suitable for two couples or a family with younger children. There is a laundry with a washing machine and drier, separate toilet, large bathroom with a large bath and enclosed shower. 

The living area has an eating and seating area and is equipped with kettle, toaster, bar fridge and TV with streaming channels.  Note that breakfast supplies include juice, yoghurts, bread and cerals. If you like a hot breakfast a trip into Maleny is required. There are no cooking facilities so dinners and anything but light, cold lunches need to be sought off site.

The beds and pillows are really comfortable and the grounds would be delightful to sit in and read during warmer weather. Being from North Qld I found it cold inside,  there are heaters in both bedrooms, living area and bathroom but bring warmer cloths at this time of year to be comfortable.

Highly recommend for a peaceful short or medium break close to Maleny.

Maleny short stay

A truly beautiful boutique hotel. When we stayed the hotel had just reopened after a gorgeous renovation, obviously with no detail or expense spared. The location is unbeatable, in the main street of Maleny, walking distance to everything in the town. We stayed in the Freda Suite, and took full use of the fireplace and the bath. The room along with the hotel is in a really lovely design, which pays homage to its heritage. There is also a heated pool which has a beautiful outlook over the woodlands below. The cafe next door - Shotgun is also recommended. We will be back!

Beautiful boutique hotel in great location

I booked the Maleny Lodge for a night away for my husband and I and we were pleasantly surprised with what we found when we arrived. 
There are only 2 rooms you can book, ours was The Alfred which has a balcony overlooking the backyard. 
The booking process was easy and any communication through email was answered promptly. Our room was ready early and I’d received an sms with instructions on how to get our key etc 
The room is decorated beautifully with basic tea/coffee amenities and some cookies and chocolates which were delicious. 
The bed, although not super soft was still comfortable and the big feather doona kept us so warm. 
The bathroom is huge with a beautiful stand alone bath and a double shower with 2 shower heads. 
The little lounge area is a nice place to have a little night cap before retiring to your room. 
My only advice is this - if you have a booming loud outdoor voice, be mindful of your neighbours in the next room and try to keep it down. The 2 rooms are side by side and we could hear the people next to us talking while we were trying to sleep. 
Definitely a place I would stay again though - perhaps with people I know to avoid the night time noise. 

Charming little boutique in the heart of Maleny

Poor value for money. Plastic potted plants hideous on entrance to room. Extremely expensive for what you get. First impressions count. Plastic posy of flowers in room. Breakfast/CheesePlatter Champagne on arrival should be included in this exorbitant cost for a room.

What a wonderful to stay when in the Glass hose mountains charming rustic house with rooms to match, Maureen made us fill at home and couldn't do enough for us. we were very well looked after. beautiful breakfasts and the log fire at night was very welcoming.

Charming old timer

A really lovely enjoyable stay. The host was absolutely amazing, very friendly nothing was too much trouble. A lovely log fire amazingly quiet considering it’s in the heart of the Main Street. Rooms were beautiful and tastefully done. A lovely old home, felt very comfortable there. Bed was very comfortable, extra blankets available with room heating as well. Cooked breakfast made to order, plenty of fruit, cereals, tea/ coffee making facilities in the cosy lounge area off the from the main lounge. Will definitely stay again hopefully for longer next time.
