Advertised description was nothing like reality.  Unable to see sea views unless you go 12 steps up after you have left your apartment. The TV in the lounge did not work at all. Tried to get help from the lady in reception but she failed to be able to fix. Was unable to use tumble drier due to the complexity. Paid top dollar due to it being Easter and was looking forward to what looked like a great getaway. The fact that the 'lady' who was there to 'help' and didn't, finished off by telling me that she couldn't help it if I was too old, topped it all off! I travel from the UK to Australia every year, by myself. No problem! 

Maroochydore disappointment.

We stayed here in Unit 9 (Premium Apartment 2 Bedroom Oceanview) for 3 nights and had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean, bright, and well decorated. 

The beds were comfortable, front reception service was fantastic, secure car parking. The apartments are a very close walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants and the patrolled beach just across the road. There is very little road noise due to the one way street out the front. 

The “oceanview” is more of an ocean glimpse due to only being on 1st floor. 

We would definitely stay here again, next time we’re keen to book a rooftop apartment.

Relaxing mid-week stay

We stayed here as some of our friends had booked this accommodation and we all wanted to stay in the same place as we were up here for a birthday.
Starting with the positive the units are directly across from the beach and the location is quiet.
The units are on the older side but some are currently being renovated, the unit we had number 19 was not one of them!
They are all individually owned so I gather it is up to the owners on how they decorate our one looked like they had attempted to do some upgrades the flooring looked new and modern, the bathroom tiles looked new , that’s about where it stopped, the furniture was old and dark and mis matched the dark brown couches in the lounge room had a bad dirty odour so for the 3 days we stayed we did not sit on, the outdoor furniture was rusty mis matched and old, we had two single beds in an area that had been covered up along with another grubby brown couch and a white entertainment unit .The air conditioning worked in the back of the unit but struggled in the front part as there were only 2 small vents in the kitchen area would have hated to stay on a really hot weekend! The TV’s were older and cheap.
Our friends  stayed in unit 21 and it had been totally renovated and decorated beautifully to a high standard obviously the owner takes care of theirs.
The place was fully booked over the weekend we stayed or I would have asked to be moved and luckily we were out each day and evenings.
This unit lets the complex down I don’t know what state the others are in except number 21 which was beautiful, admittedly not overly expensive but with the amount of units and holiday accommodation around I would go elsewhere next time I would not risk another unit here like this one here.
I would not stay here again.

Nice location but..

We recently had an extended stay at Camargue and found the apartments spacious, clean and extremely well located.  The apartment was very large, although being on the middle level, the balcony was a bit tight.  This was the only a minor niggle, because the apartment is so large and airy.

The location is perfect, being so close to the beach, but far enough back from the main roads to be very quiet.  The pool and BBQ areas were excellent and very well maintained.

We would stay there again.

Can't beat the location

we have stayed at the camargue twice now and both times, apartments were excellent value refurbed and very comfortable.they are in a ldeal location with beach views close to cotton tree shops and sunshine plaza.the pool,bbq and gardens are beautifully kept .
pixie and dave are excellent managers and are willing to do anything for you at any time.
very friendly couple we will be going back every time we visit family in oz
