On rare occasions one finds a holiday-stay that surprises in a good way. Our clean and airy, one-bedroom apartment at Crystal Waters was a delight. Spacious living inside and out, an extraordinarily well-equipped kitchen and roomy  bathroom/laundry with the bonus of a large shower recess; this place delightfully brings lifestyle to your holiday, it’s not just somewhere to sleep. Situated on the calming Maroochy River, treat yourself to more than a holiday on the Sunshine Coast. 

Remarkable place to stay

We stayed here for 5 nights in January 2019. We wanted a peaceful place to rest up after a lot of travelling. Perfectly position overlooking the river with a lot to watch as boats and other water craft would use the boat landing area to come and go.
Our apartment had a large balcony overlooking the river. We were on the third floor and it had everything you could possibly need in it. The manager was away but the place was being looked after by her lovely Daughter, Julia, who was really helpful.
Our only negative was that in our apartment, No 11, there was no wi-fi and we were unable to connect to the buildings unless we went downstairs to the lobby.
I would definitely stay again in fact I could have lived there quite happily.

From start to finish Hilda was the best host I have ever come across

The best host ever!

We stayed in Apartment 16 on the 5th Floor. The views were amazing. The apartment itself was exactly what we wanted - spacious, good views, full kitchen and 2 bath/shower rooms. The kitchen was fully fitted with a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave. The living room furniture was a bit worn, but that didn't matter to us. A big bonus was the roof terrace accessed from the living room. There was also a pool for residents to use, as well as underground parking (the lift went from the car park up to the apartment which was very handy). The location was great, on the river/estuary side - lots of watersports to take part in. The rainbow lorikeets congregated in the trees opposite at dusk, making a lot of noise! Pelicans and herons also present. Only a short drive to Sunshine Plaza (shopping mall).

Great Apartment

1 of my favorite holidays to date, great place to stay. Peaceful and clean. Convenient and practical. Enjoyed reading a lovely novel, played some board games in the evening. The views are incredible especially the sunset and sunrise. Will definitely be back with my family
