Terrible room, dark, old, dirty, toilet button broken, had to use a wad of toilet paper to flush, no hot water, lukewarm at best,  sink old and badly stained, mismatched scratched dirty furniture, bathroom door scratched obviously by a dog. I’m here, no other rooms available anywhere in Warwick and I’m afraid to get into the bed. 

OMG Terrible

Although the price of room and location was ok the cleanliness was poor. Very poor. 

Previous occupants underwear under bathroom sink, ceiling fan disgusting, spiderwebs and bugs. Room 16 needs a bloody good clean! 

Very dated bathroom. 

Unfortunately can not recommend.. not sure it’s worth the $100 a night I paid.

Needs a spring clean

Stacy is very friendly and welcoming. Room was small bit very adequate and VERY clean. Very comfortable bed. Very quiet. We had no traffic noise in room 19. So much better in most ways than the motel we were in in Toowoomba the night before. DON'T STAY AT THE CITY MOTOR INN TOOWOOMBA

A Very Good Budget Motel

Clean and comfortable accomodation located in an ideal location. Multiple pubs and food options within walking distance, for the price this was a fantastic place to stay. Didn't notice the road noise or the parking lot noise that others seem to have mentioned in their reviews, and the remote check in was very easy with a sign on the reception with a number to call. Can't fault my stay.

Clean and comfortable 

Friends and I travelling by motorcycle stayed for three nights.  The rooms are a reasonable size but not very well cleaned.  There was a fresh coat of paint and it looked like a new wardrobe, but this was a thin veneer over a very tired motel.  Check in is a nightmare with no-one onsite. No contact number near the abandoned office so we looked it up and were given a number for a key box.  One of the party wanted to pay by cash and this caused a major dilemma. The rooms had all the usual inclusions.  I got fresh towels on the Friday morning, but the bed was just pulled up, not made and there was no cleaning done.  The following morning we discovered that there is not even this minimal service on weekends.  The carpark consists of 150mm deep loose pebbles.  A nightmare for motorbikes and noisy as hell when cars move around which they do constantly as the carpark is shared with the cafe/garden centre next door.  No chance of parking at your door  most of the time and no parking at all available at other times.  When queried you are told "park wherever you can".  You get the level of care given when you see the advertised pool is a construction site and looks like it has been for some time. 
 Green water. This motel is a part time afterthought for someone who doesn't really want to be in the business.

Probably wouldn't bother staying again

Upon arriving.  No one in reception.  Told to arrive  2pm.
Rang mobile number . Said ur in room 12. Key in  lock box outside room number is....
All night fridge clicked . Ac doesn't work.
Bed very uncomfortable. 
No shampoo and conditioner. 
I give 1 star. 

Never again

Booked with a very friendly lady, arrived to empty office so called mobile number in door, no reply, called number on Google and the lady said she was working from home so I paid by cc and was given a number for key box.
Room felt tacky, but shower was great, no towel rack and crockery in a draw way above my head, tv kept cutting out and had to be switched off and on to reset. No spare blankets in the cupboard and only a light filthy (see picture)bedspread on the bed, no staff onsite for the 3 day stay so couldn’t get a clean blanket!
Pretty disgusting will not recommend or return!

Oh Dear

Stayed with my father recently and required a pet friendly motel. Rooms could do with a spruce up but otherwise it was a pleasant stay. Friendly welcome upon arrival and very helpful with suggestions for dinner. Would consider staying here again should I find myself in the area - with or without my psychotic cat. 

Pet friendly and convenient 

Was in Warwick to pick up me father from hospital so just needed a bed for the night. Thought $100 was good. Well wasn’t I wrong!!!! Dirty fans and to top it off blood on the sheets!!!! Given sheets to remake myself, NO WAY full refund was given but told that they are very the thorough, and when we got the sh*ts got told rude people are the ones with the problem!! I don’t think so... went round the corner and found a very nice motel

Never again will I go cheaper

Worst place I have EVER stayed! Besides the disgusting bathroom you could feel the springs on the bed, had to lay 2 blankets under the sheets, no bedside lamps,coffee mug had a big chip on rim and the carpet felt diry once you took your shoes off! Was told by staff a man stayed in room for 6 months and never opened windows. I had booked for 2 nights.Manager gave money back for the 2nd night I had booked. Dept of health need to see this room!
