There was never anyone at reception, told room was open and key was in it, filthy bathroom if you can call it that, sink was in kitchen and only sink. No clean towels, and a sign on the wall stating if you don’t clean your room and get rid of rubbish or break anything you will be charged $250. There’s nothing in that room that’s worth $250, put together. 2 knives one fork, one teaspoon no one ever refills coffee/tea/sugar and are rude and abrupt. Couldn’t sleep all night as woman in next room sat in her doorway all night smoking and coughing. The next morning the room on the other side sat out the front of our window on the phone, loudly all day and loud visitors, all feathering out the front of our room. Mould in showers, toilet filthy. Would not recommend and DEFINITELY not worth the price. 

DO NOT STAY! WORST MOTEL EVER!!!!

Tried to cancel my accomodation during COVID yet this property refused even though the Vic government have Reintroduced a 5 day lockdown and travel restrictions have been put in place.   Shame on you.......

Poor From 

Booked a slightly larger room to sleep myself, my wife and our baby. Arrived for check in around 3pm to find check in unmanned. Call the number provided on the wall to be passed around to a couple of people, they seemed to have no idea who I was and said “just take room 1 the key is in the room”, so we went in and discovered this was not the room we had booked as it only had the one bed.  We were heading out for a special event so I tried calling 4 times but the number wouldn’t even connect so we ended up just having to get ready and leave. I tried another 2 times to no avail while we were out.  We arrived back from the event late and so check out still unmanned and concluded we would just have to deal with it as we couldn’t leave. Luckily we had bought something for the baby to sleep on but it meant putting her on the ground.   Noticed a sign on the wall saying in the morning just put the key in the key locker - when we checked out we followed these instructions it appears reception is NEVER manned.   Would never stay here again. 

Do not stay here!! 

Arrived to an empty reception, called the number and was told key was in the room, get to the, well I use the word room loosely! And only 1 bed, rang the number and asked where the other bed was for our 13 year old son, was told someone would come past and set up a bed.

2 hrs later, a older man arrives with a small mattress, dumps it in the room with a pillow and some blankets, doesn’t offer to make the bed up, just says “there you go” and leaves, by this stage my wife wanted to leave but we had already paid.

Now night falls and I start to think this is a drug dealers place of business, cars coming and going, arguments and yelling through out the night

Finally morning comes around, we didn’t even bother showering, in the car and going 

Don’t stay here, sleep in your car 

Wow, a tent would have been better

We booked through bookings.com and photos online didn’t look too bad.. Well those photos lied.. This place is just the worst.. Never once is there ever anyone in office.. You have to ring them and they tell you the key is in the room.. There is no basin in bathroom, only a sink in kitchenette? Which to me would be a health issue that people are using it too prepare food ( not that I would in this disgusting place ) and also to wash and brush teeth etc in it.. It is a grotty, horrible place.. You pay $125 a night and it’s a rip off.. It should be a backpackers price of around $20.. It should also be inspected by someone in the industry and closed down.. Please do yourself a favour and look somewhere else for accomodation and never ever ever stay here.. It doesn’t look safe either, I think there would be a lot of criminal activity going on around this place 😡🤮🤬

Do no stay here. Rooms are in terrible condition. Mirror is smashed. Woke up to somebody tapping on the window next door at 1am who wouldn’t stop! I repeat do not ever stay here. People smoking outside the rooms that filters through the door into your room

The worst 

Arrived in the day and went to reception to be faced with a sign saying back in an hour and to call a mobile number. 
Called the number to be told our key was in our room and to go to number 9. But odd but we did it. 
Got to room 9 and what can I say without being rude?
Walked in to a room that smelt of smoke, a table that had peeling all over it a wardrobe with a smashed mirror a window that wouldn’t close a fridge that froze my milk a toilet/shower and the shower had scum in the bottom corner of the door a kitchen sink that doubled as a bathroom sink a heater that was barley sufficient which was partly due to not being able to close the window. 
Went out that night to our function to come back around 11:30 pm and drove over what turned out to be a big chunk of class in the driveway that lodged in the car tyre. Pulled up at number 9 to hear all the air gushing out of our tyre which resulted in having to change it in the morning so we could get out of this disaster. Really wanted to like this place as we have family and friends here and don’t like to always put them out but I have to say we won’t be back

Room 9

We stayed here because we had a function in the area. The manager/s were quite helpful and nice. But the hotel itself wasn't the best. There was no powerpoints  in the bathroom. I had to use the hairdryer/straightener in the lounge/bedroom area and use the wardrobe mirror to do my hair. There also was no shelving or vanity or anywhere to put my make up on to do my make up. This is weird and highly inconvenient. 
Also we were woken quite frequently during the night by a loud female voice shouting at another person in what sounded like a drug deal gone wrong. She was quiet for an hour or so then started back up again. We went home very tired. Wouldn't recommend this place unless you are really desperate. 

Not the best

Whoever runs this show really needs to do a crash course in customer service, which is appalling. Our experience was so bad overall that we didn't even end up staying. I would advise anyone thinking of booking here to do themselves a favour and just don't.

Don't even bother!!

I got a call from them the day before my stay to advise that if no-one was in the office, I should just go to room 9, as it would be unlocked and the key inside.  This proved to be the case.  It took me a bit of fiddling to get the door to lock and in the end I had to lock it from the outside as it would not lock from the inside.  Very strangely there is a full kitchen in the room, but there is no saucepans, frypans or anyother container to cook with.  Happily the micrwave, toaster and kettle were sufficient for my stay.
The room is larger than the usual Motor Inn, because of the kitchen, but there is no basin in the tiny bathroom, so the kitchen sink doubles as the basin.  This resulted in an odd assortment of make up, dental items around the sink with washing liquid and the need to work out which I wanted to and do first, make-up, brush my teeth or wash up after breakfast.
During my three night stay I never saw anyone in the office and I am not sure they are ever in attendance except to leave keys in the rooms.
This could be a very convenient place to stay if it was equipped properly but as it stabds it is jusrt very strange and slightly scarey given the open rooms.
The fact that the bed was comforable, in a very basic way, and the heating worked, raises the standard from terrible to poor.
