Debbie runs an extremely well maintained establishment and couldn't be more helpful and competent.  We stayed for a week and could easily have stayed longer.  Easy walking to restaurants, bars, shops etc... and very quiet at night.  Powerful hot shower, comfortable bed, every utensil you need in a very clean kitchen, huge dining table and comfy sitting room.  The spare bathroom housed the laundry with washing machine and dryer.  The view over the lake and looking towards the airport was outstanding!

So much larger than we'd imagined!

We had the pleasure of having ten days staying at Baywatch.
There is a good view looking over Merimbula Lake towards Bar Beach in the distance. Only a few minutes easy walk to Merimbula Lake, shops, restaurants and cafes.
An amazingly clean unit, that has been kept up to date.
Debbie is a wonderful host.
Would highly recommend

Excellent accommodation and great location

Perfect accommodation for 2 couples. The apartment was well laid out and spacious. It had everything we needed for our stay of one week. Everything was supplied and it was very clean. 2 bathrooms,  good size lounge and dining area and a balcony with a magical view. The internal laundry was appreciated as we were travelling,
Ken and Debbie were great hosts. Very welcoming and gave us lots of information on restaurants and site seeing.. We definitely recommend Baywatch apartments

Excellent accommodation and location

We just finished a weeks stay at these great apartments. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. Perfect location, we hardly drove anywhere. Debbie and Ken were fantastic hosts and just genuinely lovely people. Loved that the kitchen had everything you could need to stay in and cook. Would 100 percent recommend and we hope to be back soon :)

Fantastic, perfect location, plenty of room and immaculate!

We stayed for 5 nights.  Apartments are 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with the added benefit of a spa bath.  The apartment had everything we needed with undercover parking a bonus. We had a lower level apartment but the views from the bay facing balcony were absolutely beautiful.  Location of these apartments is everything you could ask for with restaurants, beach, supermarket and shops all within easy walking distance.  The hosts - Deb and Ken who live on site are very obliging but un obtrusive.  We would definitely stay here again - lots to see and do in Merimbula and surrounding area.

Great location

My wife, daugther and I spent a week in one of these lovely apartments.  We were on the ground floor.  As the aparments are above the carpark, there was an  excellent view of the estuary and out to the ocean.
The apartment layout is good.  We particularly enjoyed the living area with it's fully equipped kitchen; dining area and lovely sitting area from which we could take in the view.  My wife and daughter weren't massive fans of the beds.
The weather for much of our visit was wet and windy.   Having a good view certainly helped.  Also being walking distance to restaurants and Woolies is excellent.  
The on site hosts - Debbie and Ken - are friendly and helpful.  
The apartment was clean and we were kept informed of Covid related developments whilst we were there.  Debbie also gave some good recommendations re eating out.  
The winter rates are very reasonble - we look forward to returning.

Cosy apartments with great views walking distance to town centre

We recently stayed for 3 nights at Baywatch Luxury Apartments after reading past Tripadvisor reviews. We can say the apartment well and truly exceeded our expectations. It was immaculately clean and very spacious with everything you could possibly need for a break away. The water views over the inlet and up to the ocean from the living area and balcony were beautiful. Everything was close at hand, including town centre and walk along the water's edge.Wonderful value for money. Thank you Debbie and Ken for a beautiful stay.

Fantastic break

Stayed here for 8 nights and the apartments are very well appointed with everything you need for a stay away from home.  Beds are very comfortable, Spa is a nice way to relax, grounds are well maintained.  The view from the top floor apartments are fantastic to wake up to and see each morning.  You can walk easily into the CBD area, where there are plenty of options for dining or just a coffee / drink.  Debbie was a great hostess, not bothering you but always available to assist when required.  If you are looking for quality accommodation, close to town and reasonably priced, this is a great place to pick.  Would definitely recommend this property.  Will definitely stay again.

Quality Apartments Close to Town

We stayed here for three nights and want to stay longer next time. The apartment has a great layout and is very well equipped. If needed there are apartments with no stairs from the car park and the views from a ground floor apartment excelled my expectations. There are restaurants and shops only a short walk away and the friendly hosts, Debbie and Ken, are on hand when needed for help or advice.

Fantastic views from living area and balcony

Decided to stay at Baywatch Apartments based on the previous good reviews, we were certainly not disappointed, in fact it exceeded our expectations.   Apartment was spotlessly clean, and had everything you need, including washing machine and dryer.   Views amazing from living and balcony areas, and so conveniently located to everything.  Great outdoor areas and gardens well maintained.  Warmly welcomed on our arrival by host Debbie, she and Ken were very helpful at all times.    We will certainly will be returning to Baywatch Apartments.    Thank you Debbie and Ken.
