This was a perfect place for me to stay when working in Moruya. I was given a friendly greeting, my room was spacious and immaculately clean. The bathroom is large and also immaculately clean. Having the microwave was a bonus. The bed was comfy. WiFi worked well.
I was up early and enjoyed the most amazing views of sunrise over the fields. I will stay again and highly recommend this motel.

Located a short distance north of the town of Moruya on the Princes Highway, we are pleased we chose to stay at the Moruya Motel in nice rural surroundings. Road noise at night was minimal and not really noticed. The room we stayed in was a little dated, but familiar to us - as it would have been in our younger days. It was extremely clean, tidy and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the continental breakfast next morning. Will stay there again if in Moruya.

Enjoyable and very good overnight stay in Moruya

The Motel is located a couple of kilometres north of Moruya on the Prices Highway and is easily accessed from the town.  Its a fairly basic motel and unfortunately we visited during a period of intense bushfire smoke making it hard to see or breath when we awoke and ventured outside.  The room is quite spacious, has LED lighting that initially seems to hardly provide any light, but does a good job once warmed up.  The bathroom was also spacious and has a walk in shower recess at one end.  Lighting for the mirror was ordinary.   Overall, nothing to write home about, but it did the accommodation job and checking out was simple - leave the key in the lock and depart.  Would certainly stay there again if visiting Moruya.

Great find for a last minute overnight stay. Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. The staff are friendly and helpful. Located just on the north side of town on the highway but still very quiet. Would definitely stay again. 


Great place to stay

We stopped overnight and were treated to a great night's sleep.  The grounds were tranquil and quiet.  It was a treat to have complete darkness.  Particularly enjoyed coffee in the morning listening to the birds and the cows.  The bathroom was very large with a great walk in shower.

Lovely stay

Spacious room and bathroom, clean and neat. Friendly , helpful staff. Small but well maintained pool. North of moruya and out of town , surrounded by dairy fields. Great place to come back to after enjoying local walks and beaches.



Great base

Had a great night's sleep here this week when my flight from Moruya was cancelled and they rescued me! Jenny kindly picked me up from the airport when I called, and took me into town to get some takeaway for my dinner, and then they very kindly dropped me back again in the morning. I was very grateful for their kind and friendly service. The motel room is spacious, clean and well equipped; they even gave me a little jug of milk so I could make a cup of tea, and the bottle of cold water in the fridge was also a nice touch. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable stopover.

Excellent 1-night stay

all ground level units with a good size bathroom with plenty of hot water.nothing flash but very enjoyable..good television,jug and toaster as well as a microwave..not far from town and very quiet..value for money in comparison to others i have stayed at..

Having traveled around Australia over the past year and mostly staying in 'budget priced' motels,
This one was among the best. The motel room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and most important to me the mattress was like new. The motel is only one or two minutes drive from the main shopping center. It is on the northern side of Moruya on the main highway. It is set far enough back from the highway not to be bothered by the traffic noise and I would not hesitate to stay there again. The staff were friendly and informative about places to visit in the area. The rooms are ground floor and easily accessible.

a good night's sleep

Great welcome. The conversation goes on naturally. Large, very well equipped, comfortable and very clean room. Parking with very large seats. Quiet atmosphere because the motel is off the road. Really ideal for a one-night stop.
