Kennedy Resort Accommodation (not to be confused with Kennedy Villas) is a collection of 8 villa type units with carport. Clean and well set out but old and in need of a refurbish. The air con unit only serviced the lounge kitchen area and the fans in each bedroom were not enough on the really hot nights we experienced. Beds are hard. That said....cleanliness trumps old and we were a party of 6 with a toddler and never felt we were on top of one another. The pool area was often left untidy and patrons seen to be eating and drinking which is signed not allowed and the BBQ left uncleaned after use. Not the fault of Kennedy villas I know but an indicator perhaps of the type of people staying when we were there. Just so you know.

Kennedy Resort units is a great place to spend a few days or a week to get away.
the rooms are spacious, clean with everything you need.
great for a few families to book and spend time together
It has a great pool and playground for the kids and big kids.
Also a fantastic undercover bbq area with tables and chairs and two electric bbq's.

Great for quick getaways

Well, what a little jewel of a place this is, if you want a quite getaway then this is the place to do it. We just loved it. It is great for families, it has all the facilities that a family would want. It a little old, but it is very clean, very user friendly, easily accessible to all that you need in Yarrawonga/Mulwala. It has all cooking facilities that families need, but only a few minutes walk/drive to clubs, supermarkets, bakeries, butchers and so forth. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting this area. And another thing is, you don't get the noise from off the road with trucks and transports going passed. We hope we can stay here again soon. 

A Little Unknown Jewel of Mulwala 

Found Kennedy Resort very good.  However, be careful as there are two Kennedy
accommodation units, we saw the first one and went in helped ourselves to the key where it would be and as told to us by the Agent.  Unpacked and sorted ourselves out, next thing another family arrived and guess what we were at the wrong units.  So had to repack and go to the other units down the road. Other than that episode, we quiet enjoyed our stay at No. 24.  GFound the unit very clean and comfortable.

Weekend away

We stayed here with another family. We all really liked it. The units were  clean, big and well equipped.  Kids loved the play ground and pool  (though  abit cold). Location is just out of town not far. Only thing that would of been better is if our units would of been allocated next to each other. Maybe i should of requested that when i  booked but i did book them together.  Otherwise will be back  in future.
