This is a top class b and b lovely rooms and great hosts. A fab location with a 15 minute walk to town over the blackwood River.plenty of bird life with the fairy wrens joining you for breakfast. Whether its winter or summer you will enjoy your stay.


Not to be missed

We were made welcome from knocking on the door. Wonderful hosts could not do enough for us. Fabulous grounds Amazing comfortable guest lounge. All facilities one could want. Bedroom lovely with amazing views of gardens and beyond. Breakfast amazing and all home made. Sue is wonderful using all fruit from the garden ,the memory her Blueberry muffins will stay with me forever. Darrel works hard and his bread was great.

Wonderful home and fabulous people

Stayed last night with my elderly mother.  I had stuffed Booking by one week and unbeknown at the time,  I therefore arrived unexpected.  Hosts after initial shock of unexpected guests on day off  were absolutely great. Rooms were available & ready for guest arriving next night .. and all sorted.  Great place, very well suited us, clean comfortable rooms, wonderful breakfast and no hesitation to recommend to others.  Thank you Daryl & Sue -really appreciated esp as Nannup trip was for funeral

This B&B has "views to die for" and very nice gardens. Was disappointed with the big signs on the door of our room stating "no food or drinks to be consumed in the room". This was an unwanted inconvenience for us and I believe if they want to have this as a "rule" in their B&B, just tell people when they book or check in, it makes you feel like a school kid having a sign on the door. The breakfast was excellent and the hospitality adequate. Ambience in the house was lacking with no floor lamps or bedside lamps (only reading lamps above the bed which you hit your head on), the fire wasn't lit on a coolish evening which would have provided some warmth and mood lighting in the main room. A small glass of port and some chocolates was a nice touch before bed.

Overnight stay

My friends and I went for a very quick getaway only for one night. Which I now regret because I wish I had stayed longer. The rooms were spacious and clean. The rain water bathroom is amazing, just make sure to keep shower time low as it is shared between everyone. Breakfast was very tasty. The location is a little out of Nannup town but breathtaking views of their land. The best part of the place was Sue and Darrel. The moment I knocked on the door they were warm, welcoming and friendly. I could not fault a thing.

Lovely quick getaway!

We stayed 4 nights at this lovely home where the owners, Darryl and Sue, were very friendly and accommodating. Nearby restaurants and cafes are somewhat limited but this is to be expected in a small country town.  However, we did partake of the offered cheeseboard and wine as one of our evening meals and this was very good enabling us to have a friendly chat with Darryl and Sue.
The gardens are beautifully maintained and the rooms were clean and spacious, with tv and dvd facilities.  Each evening, there as port and chocolates to round-off the day.
Just across the road there is a forest with well-signed walks and we saw kangaroos leaping across the road on 2 evenings.

Quiet country B&B close to Nannup

Stayed 2 nights in Spring and found this B and B very comfortable. Darryl and Sue were great hosts, breakfast was good and muffins excellent! Very pretty location a short drive outside Nannup. Would happily recommend.

Pretty, friendly, rooms large and facilities good

We arrived at Crabapple Lane to a beautiful garden and walkway leading to house, what an entrance! We were warmly welcomed by Darryl and Sue and Digger the dog. Once settled in to our comfortable room we sat in the living room by the fire and relaxed in the comfy reclining chairs. Just what we needed! We had a great chat to Darryl and Sue throughout the afternoon and heading into town for dinner, it's less than 2 minutes drive. In the morning we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast with the two other groups at breakfast, such lovely people making for a pleasant morning. In terms of value - brilliant! We had bacon, homemade scrambled eggs, fresh homemade blueberry muffins, homemade bread and preserves, as well as percolated coffee. It doesn't get better than that! The rooms are comfy, bathrooms adequate, house is warm and the company fabulous, topped off by an amazing breakfast. The location to town is so convenient as well. We will be back, highly recommend Crabapple Lane B&B.
