Yes, it’s an older motel and the rooms are smallish but they are also very clean, stylishly presented and well set up. Friendly owners, comfy bed, good hot shower. We travel with our own breakfast supplies and the room had everything we needed for that. Road noise didn’t bother us at all, most of the motels along the Newell Hwy are on the highway anyway. Would we stay again? Absolutely!

Great little motel for an overnighter.

Smaller rooms compared to some of the other motels, but rooms is clean and equipped with a tv, fridge and microwave . The parking is a mess, everbody stops where they want. I had to stop 4 parkings away from my room. The wifi is very slow. I will rather book at a different motel next time

Smaller rooms compared to other motels.

This is an old style motel which is very well maintained with a high standard of housekeeping and appointments. Everything a modern taveller would need is available including a breakfast tray to your room. Reception staff are very welcoming and helpful. The only negatives are from facing the highway being a bit noisy at night and parking can be a bit tight.

Always a comfortable night

Pleasant reception staff but that was the end of the 3 Star motel quality. Rooms are extremely old with low ceilings and decors that feels oppressive. Hooks found in several parts of the ceiling - purpose of these I’ll leave up to the reader. The bathroom hasn’t seen an upgrade in decades with the toilet seat not even attached properly - nothing like sliding around on the toilet. 
PowerPoints and light switches are an afterthought with most supplied by external conduit. 

Parking options are poor with 2 spots easily parked in by other guests - not good to f you need to leave early. 

There are plenty of options in Narrabri , choose one of the others.

Don’t stay here

We had a pleasant check in on arrival and found our rooms to be neat and tidy, but pretty small. It was nice to have a microwave , plates, bowls and cutlery provided as well. The queen beds is pretty comfortable but the single beds not so great. The shower had plenty of instant hot water. If you are a light sleeper bring some ear plugs as the trucks travelling through town are quiet noisy. This budget motel is fine for a night or two, but the owners need to fix the plumbing to the toilets as there are some issues needing attention.

Friendly but a little tired

Very average hotel - has the very basics. I liked that it was clean, had good water pressure and bottled water. Matress wasnt overly comfortable, and an extra pillow would have been nice. Probably wouldn't stay there if I was staying more than a night.

Not bad as a stopover

Very friendly and welcoming,  very clean and happily accommodated my cleaning requests because of chemical allergies.  Comfortable bed, hot shower, quality instant coffee and tea instead of usual Cafe blend. Economical, was front room so traffic noise but all quietened down for the night.  One night travelling through,  would certainly stop over again

Last minute accommodation on way to Brisbane. Rooms were very  Clean, Hosts were extremely helpful as we had a boat on board too and let us park along fence so car not on road. Beds were very comfortable and free bottled water was a nice touch. Even though on the highway it is so quiet and u hear nothing. Awesome value for money.  Stayed there again on our return trip.

Always stay here when in the 'bri....a couple of minutes out of the main street, but always neat, tidy and clean. They even provide free bottled water...mainly because you can't drink Narrabri rown water.

An older style motel in exceptionally good condition. Rooms small but adequate and immaculately clean. On the highway but set well. Away from the town centre makes it quieter. Lovely pool area and barbecue setup. Recommended as great value for money.
