$145 for a crappy cabin right on  the road with an air conditioner that does not cool the ridiculously snall space. I cannot see the lake and I need a key to access it. No shaded private space to unwind in. What did I pay for????

We needed a caravan spot for single night on our way back to Adelaide and got one of the terraced drive through sites. These have a dead level concrete pad and a LUSH grass 'front lawn'. While they're fairly narrow they're quite long so plenty of space (allowing you to stay hitched up)  and because of the way they're staggered you get a view past your neighbour out the back. The amenities block (showers, toilets, laundry and kitchen) is pretty much brand new, well appointed and spotless. Other sites have strategically placed trees between them for shade and well maintained green grass. Staff guide you to your site by golf buggy. 

Green green grass and a great spot for a short stay

A very good caravan park, featuring lovely grass sites, a number of convenient drive throughs, recently new amenities and quiet. Located on the fringe of Narrandera providing easy access to shops and services. We stayed a week and staff were friendly and helpful.

NICE STOP OVER

Such a beautiful spot and Chris was friendly, accommodating and awesome! Definitely worth a stop over or a few days to visit and explore. Beautiful views and the caravan park is friendly and well set out.

Definitely worth a visit - serenity at it's best!

Misleading information re the ensuite cabin for $117.   Only picture available was of the outside, no inside photos of cabin no. 1.  Floor tiles missing in bathroom so sharp, can’t boil the kettle with a/c on, dirty cup, rotting wood on windowsill and list goes on.  Very disappointing to be mislead

Misleading and definitely not value for money

Hi traveling and called Lake Talbot hoping to stay the night in a pet friendly cabin 
with my 2 elderly Dear little dogs and my Mum.
The park was clean and well tended, Ample parking right outside the Room. BONUS
Air con lovely and cold, TV worked (thank goodness) and the fridge is a very decent size. Many other travellers there all happy and friendly. Fisher men, skiers, river activities and a gate to access the local water park with slides and lap pool lanes and large social pool.  Just a real easy relaxed park. So happy we found this Gem and its now on my revisit and stay longer list, with the grand kids.Thanks for being so Kind

super friendly, Pet Friendly, near water park and on the Lake AWESOME

After we could not get accommodation in WW, I rang here and Graeme was very friendly and easy to talk too and he offered his more $$$ Unit but I assume everybody would have done the same.
Graeme, as he had told us left the key, where he told me he would.
The Unit is just the right size and clean, only thing is that one of our neighbors was a smoker so we could not have dinner 'alfresco' without inhaling their smoke, disadvantage of detached Units.
One thing I did not like, that we were told an additional $50 if we don't clean our dishes and tidy them away! What's next? Having to clean the shower, mop the floors?
I believe most people would do it and for $145/night, I believe it should be a choice, not being threatened! 
Apart from that it was nice, pretty quiet and relaxing with a nice view over Lake Talbot.

Would return

This was a great place to call into with our caravan. Terrific drive through powered sites, almost brand new clean amenities and terrific views across the lake. Would happily call in again to stay here.

Value for Money!

If you want to give your hard earned money to the most rudest management this park is for you, But don’t ask for extra towels, A spare key if you lock your keys in your room, actually if you need anything don’t bother as it seems to much effort for the management at this park.

Rudest management ever…

We checked in on the 29 Sep 22 and checked out on the 04 Oct 22. 
The park operators - Graeme & Jan, were very helpful & easy to get on with and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived.
The park communal amenities (showers, camp kitchen etc) are fairly new and well looked after.
I would recommend this as a place to stay for a short or long stopover if traveling through this part of the country.
