Well appointed in every way, a perfect weekend away or a stopover. We loved the eclectic décor and thoughtful provision of books and DVDs. Breakfast was in a large basket, fun to discover all of the goodies. The kitchenette is tiny, but well appointed with a great selection of china and cutlery too. Views are fabulous and all we could hear was the occasional cow mooing, despite closeness to the highway. It is close to Bega, Tilba and Tathra for outings. Cold outside and cosy inside with comfy throws and  chairs. Our hosts were attentive and welcoming. We plan to return.

Local cheese, wineries, eateries and music are all a stone’s throw away.

Or just sit back and enjoy the serenity. 

A little slice of heaven

So many thoughtful touches! Especially touched to return from my wedding to discover candles lit, a bottle of chilled champagne and a handmade card congratulating us. 
The breakfast was more than ample, and the hosts gave us extra as well, to make sure that we had enough for the bridal breakfast. All the food was beautifully sourced, fresh and thoughtfully presented. 
We felt thoroughly spoilt. 
Highly recommend this B&B for a treat. 
 

Perfect beginning to our honeymoon

For us, this was the perfect weekend. A relaxed rural setting with great views, wholesome, simple food and engaging hosts (both two- and four-legged). This is a totally uncomplicated, stress-busting experience and a great venue to spoil your special someone and spend some q-time together. Good location too, all the attractions of Bega and the South Coast are within easy reach - but do take the opportunity to feed the chooks, gather in the eggs, try some seasonal fruit right off the trees, feed the cows, wander around the gardens, and idly pat the old farm dog as you sip wine on the veranda. Did I mention relaxation? Turn the damn phone off! And just for a little while, immerse yourself in the gentleman- / lady-farmer fantasy and all the scents, sounds and sensations of rural life. If I ever establish my own B&B, it will be just like this one!

Fine Food and Friendliness

Totally peaceful & quiet. Unique country experience. Great farm breakfast. Decor was rustic & so full of Australian heritage. Hospitality was friendly. Easy day trips to beaitiful South Coast locations.

Our honeymoon journey took us almost 3 weeks by car from Melbourne to Fraser Island, so we slept in a lot of different hotels/motels/motor inns/pensions, but the property Stony Creek Farm was definitely the best accommodation of our entire Australian holiday. We drove to Stony Creek Farm due to the really great reviews from Tripadvisor without reservation (to our luck) because this B&B is right on our itinerary. We were very welcome and informed that it was probably still one of the two guests (the big more expensive room, actually a separate suite) who entered the hotel for free. The rooms of our Melbourne suite were very nice and warm to the guests, and unfortunately all the other details in the hotel are not quite as good as they were in the hotel, and Wendy's & Wendy's farm is located in Vienna, and we just want to make sure that we have a clear and clear view of everything, as soon as possible.

An unforgettable night at Friends

We were with our 14-year-old daughter. We had a separate room for ourselves, a separate room with a large bed for our daughter, a large bathroom with shower and bathtub and kitchen corner. The set is very well laid out, very clean, tastefully decorated. Small homemade cakes were waiting for us in the kitchen corner. We could make ourselves coffee, tea. We had our own entrance with private terrace. The reception was very warm and familiar. We decided to have dinner at the Bed and Breakfast. Everything was excellent and in large quantity. We paid 120 dollars for 3. The meal included an excellent broccoli citrus, baked potatoes and citrus fruit, baked carrots, baked potatoes, a mixed salad (sweet pies, figs, breakfast, cheese, ice cream, tomatoes, etc.) and the dessert was excellent, and the dessert was excellent, with two delicious tomatoes and tomatoes, and the dessert was excellent, and the dessert was excellent, and the dessert was excellent, and the dessert was excellent, and the dessert was excellent, and the dessert was excellent.
