28 year and at least 50 stays at N0 1. Glenn and Kerry are the best onsite managers in Noosa.  
We have stayed previously up and down Hastings Street, but once discovering No 1 we never looked back. 
It is so wonderful to ring and speak to Kerry when we wish to book. There is none of this "book onsite" which frankly is very discouraging.

The cleanliness of the units is outstanding, with many of the cleaning team being long time employees.

It's our home away from home!



It is No 1 for a reason

These apartments are the best in Noosa. The apartment we stayed in was the cleanest place we have ever stayed in. The views are amazing, overlooking Noosa main beach and Hasting Street. Very close to Hasting Street, main beach and an easy walk to the National Park. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with all the plates, cutlery, glassware, plastic ware and pots you could ever need on holidays. Kerry was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on everything Noosa. Great place to stay at Noosa.

Superb location, crystal clear sparkling pool, immaculately clean, luxurious apartments

It’s a balmy warm February..... we arrive late afternoon to this gorgeous slice of heaven... we feel instantly calmer.... you see this isn’t the first time we’ve been guests here. Gorgeous Kerry greets us almost like old friends, she always makes us feel at home. These apartments boast beautiful views over Noosa, the beach below and beyond! Each apartment dotted up the hill are able to accommodate differing numbers of couples/families depending on which one you so choose.... 
it’s an easy glide up the hill in the glass elevator (with a view) and you climb to step out right in your own doorstep! 
We step into Our very cool air conditioned apartment that has  all the luxuries - spacious bathrooms, bedrooms, large kitchen/living and ultra large deck - all
These rooms have a view!! That’s pretty rare! 
We let this all sink in and relax into the week.... I believe one of the highlights (of which there are many) is the beautiful sunsets from this apartment, and the quiet private ness it beholds.... there is literally no noise from other apartments or street noise..... so if you are looking for tranquility within a stones throw to the beautiful Laguna bay and popular Hastings St.... look no further.... I always get misty eyed having to pack my bag to go home..... however this isn’t our last time here..... we will be back - and hopefully again this year - maybe winter, yip even in winter it’s special.... oh yes there’s a spa on the deck..... perfection...... Thank you Kerry and Glen once again.... your palace on the hill was medicinal and perfection!!💗

Sparkling Hillside Beach Palace

If you want an upmarket, modern apartment with great views and location then you can’t go past No1 in Hastings. It’s not in Hastings St and at the opposite end to No1 so can be a little confusing but it’s all worth it! The property is run by Kerry who is just fantastic, so friendly and helpful. Beautiful apartments, so close to restaurants, shops and national park walk. Has a lovely pool too if you can bare to leave your balcony!

Best accommodation in Noosa!

We stayed in penthouse 16, accessed by lift to reception which is ably managed by the efficient and friendly Kerry...another level by “inclinator “ to the crossover path leading to inclinator number two which delivers to penthouse 16...first impressions are of absolute luxury...a high vaulted dining area and adjacent lounge, equipped with huge curved TV, and various channels, Netflix , plus DVD player, music etc etc...then slide back the doors to an ENORMOUS terrace which overlooks Hastings Street and out across the sea towards distant mountains...sunsets are works of art...and should you be inclined the barbecue and huge table are provided, or perhaps the spa bath overlooking the sea....and should the glare be too much a retractable shade screen folds down across the dining table to ensure the candles don’t blow out as you sip your wine and snuffle the snags from the barbie 
Back inside level one is a study with en-suite, plus a twin bedroom adjacent another bathroom with WC/ shower, plus a laundry. The kitchen has microwave and stone bench tops, and a small east facing balcony for sunny breakfast if you aren’t tempted back to the large terrace...
Level two has a main bedroom with large en-suite and large private balcony with more elevated views across Hastings and the sea...lovely...
Another double bedroom on this second level also has private en-suite with bath and an equally appealing balcony with sea and Hastings Street views...both bedrooms at this level have tv with many viewing options should you ever tire of the incredible sea views...but wait, there’s more....yet another third level has even more spectacular views, a private spa bath and bbq/table setting with seating for intimate dining...
All up a very very desirable property which has been impeccably maintained, is exceptionally well serviced and has an air of opulence with tasteful prints and selected artworks...you will truly be pampered...
The location opposite the clean sand of the sea where you can hire stand up paddle boards, kayaks , and very sensible day lockers, folding beach chairs etc is amazing..try dining at the surf lifesaving club for small outlays or Betty’s Burgers just along Hastings Street, perhaps try the euro style of “Aromas” or the ultra chic Bistro C which overlooks the boardwalk, sand and sea...so many choices...
You can declare total privacy, nip up to Coles up the hill or the little supermarket at 49 Hastings Street and shut out the world, it’s that good...and a pool adjacent reception should you prefer..fully recommended

The views and access to key areas are unbeatable

The Sunset Suite is number 26 and all the way to the top of the inclinator (a sideways lift that travels up the hill). It is a 1 bedroom penthouse apartment with magnificent views over main beach and Hastings Street. Whilst it is small compared to the other apartments, it is perfect for a couple and has, I believe the best view of all the apartments.
The balcony faces the sunset and could be a bit too hot to use during the heat of Summer but we used the bbq and sat outside in the evening looking over the lights of Noosa.
The view can be seen from each room, including the large corner spa which is in the bedroom. Heavenly.
There is no daily servicing and you will need to bring extra supplies of dishwasher tablets and laundry liquid if you plan to cook or wash towels and clothes.
The service at check in is always friendly and super helpful.
Can't wait to stay again.

Excellent 5 nights in Sunset Suite

Right in the middle of Hastings street, this location makes it very easy to get around.

The house sizes are generous, clean and tasteful.

We had 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, 2 bathrooms. We also had a laundry and carspot which is handy.

Was a little noisy early morning with wheely bins but that wasn't a big deal.

Heated pool with plenty of day beds.

Great location

No1 hastings - perfect open plan apartment close to the action of hastings st. We were 6 people and 1 toddler and never felt as if we were living on top of each other. We stayed in apartment 7. The big deck, equipped with bbq, is unbeatable. Super nice staff too also looking to help where possible (baby sitter, transfers, beach gear, post checkout showers - you name it).

Heaven on earth. We try a good early year for Noosa Triathlon.
Spacious and well-appointed apartments that can easily fit a family of 4-5-6. Penthouses available for larger parties. Very close to Hastings street and beach. But tranquil. Wonderful views. Living area open onto large balcony with spa + bbq. Complex is excellently managed and maintained. An excellent property. And excellent management service.
