This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of AUD 600 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Please note that this property has a 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made. Please note that there is a 1.3% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. Please note a registration form need to be signed, 14 days prior to check-in, by the guest whose name is on the booking confirmation. The form will ask for the primary guests credit card details and an authorisation signature, which will be used for the pre-authorization. The swimming pool will be closed during the winter months between 1 May and 30 September. Please note that the number of guests should not exceed the maximum number of occupants.
